Maisonnette très agréable. Propre, calme, fonctionnelle Petite terrasse pour dejeuner. Idéale pour visiter les alentours, Orléans Chambord Blois Sully sur Loire..... Les hôtes répondent très vite. on a passé un séjour vraiment sympa 👍

This is a very nice and beautiful private annex/cottage. It looks new, is modern, stylish, spotless and quiet and has everything you need for a short stay. There is not much to do in the area though. A car can be parked right in front of the cottage. The toilet is on the ground floor and a shower is upstairs where the double bed is. A perfect place for a night over or for a few nights while visiting Orléans.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Vincent’s apartment in Orléans. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and fully matched the descriptions. The location was easily walkable to Place Matroi and local restaurants. Vincent was an excellent host, responsive to our questions and requests. I highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Orléans.

Bel Appartement magnifiquement restauré (entre ancien et moderne) tres agreable et confortable, y compris le lit. Tt les equipements fonctionnent parfaitement. J'ai aussi beaucoup apprecié la genereuse mise a disposition de tous les produits de cuisine et d'hygiene (huile, sucre, cafe moulu, the, sel ; Savon, shampoing et meme les berlingots de lessive !). Bravo a Lucile et Renault pr leur accueil chaleureux et ttes ces delicates attentions. Je recommande ++, cela va de soi ! 😊☀️👍

Нам очень понравилась эта квартира. Она идеально подходит для двух пар. Отличное расположение, близко от всех основных достопримечательностей. В квартире есть все необходимое, красивый современный дизайн, нам было приятно в ней находиться. Очень удобное место для машины в закрытом дворе прямо под окном.

Merci à Jean François pour son accueil sa disponibilité et sa bienveillance auprès de notre fils étudiant qui a occupé le logement une partie de l’année. Rien à redire. Allez y les yeux fermés.

Appartement calme et fidèle à la description. très adapté pour quelques nuits même si petit car c'était uniquement pour dormir. A conseiller !

Last minute booking to stay one night at Elodie’s place as we passed through Orleans. Elodie responded very quickly, with clear instructions for check in. House was clean, tidy, comfortable, with a great location close to local attractions and restaurants. A lovely stay!

The place was perfect for what we need and a great base for exploring the Loire Valley. Great views/outlook and place is well secured. Lots of restaurants, within walking distance of the city centre. Parking is a bit tight but worked OK with our SUV.

When we step into the house, we felt right at home. It was as expected from what is in the listing. It is a joy looking through all the items especially painting and some small decor items in this apartment. The host was patient as due to our rented car broke down , we were more than a few hours late. As due to that, we felt we missed the time to enjoy the apartment too. Also, the compound has secure entry for vehicles as well.

Matthias nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires en amont de notre arrivée et est resté disponible tout au long du séjour. Le studio est conforme à l’annonce et très bien placé. Je recommande !

J’ai séjourné une nuit dans le logement de Floriane. Le logement était parfaitement propre, il dispose de tout le nécessaire et est très bien situé. Je recommande à 100%.

Petit studio très sympa, bien aménagé, avec un grand balcon donnant sur une très belle vue de la Loire et la ville. Doit être très agréable aux beaux jours pour y petit déjeuner.
