This is a very nice and beautiful private annex/cottage. It looks new, is modern, stylish, spotless and quiet and has everything you need for a short stay. There is not much to do in the area though. A car can be parked right in front of the cottage. The toilet is on the ground floor and a shower is upstairs where the double bed is. A perfect place for a night over or for a few nights while visiting Orléans.

Unbeatable value for money. Accommodation perfectly matches the listing and the real plus is the air conditioning that allowed us to sleep better. Mattress placed on the floor on the mezzanine and staircase a little steep for some people, apart from that everything was perfect 👍 I will come back without hesitation!

Beautifully restored apartment (between old and modern) very pleasant and comfortable, including the bed. All the equipment works perfectly. I also really appreciated the generous provision of all the kitchen and hygiene products (oil, sugar, ground coffee, tea, salt; soap, shampoo and even laundry berlingots!). We loved the apartment. It is ideal for two couples. Excellent location, close to all major attractions. The apartment has everything you need, beautiful modern design, we were pleased to be in it. A very convenient place for a car in a closed yard right under the window.

I really enjoyed my stay. It was easy to find, you put a foot out the door and you are immediately in the center. Nice restaurants and plenty of places to taste some of the countless regional products :)

What to tell you about this place if not go there! Without thinking! Ideal location (15 min walk to the city center, 2min walk to the Loire, full of parking spaces). Plenty of amenities and very comfortable, perfect for a couple or friends! We spent two nights there with my partner and our dog and this bnb has become a reference to which we will compare everyone else! The hosts are very nice and welcoming sincerely we will return there without a second thought

When we step into the house, we felt right at home. It was as expected from what is in the listing. It is a joy looking through all the items especially painting and some small decor items in this apartment. The host was patient as due to our rented car broke down , we were more than a few hours late. As due to that, we felt we missed the time to enjoy the apartment too. Also, the compound has secure entry for vehicles as well.

I stayed one night in Floriane's accommodation. The accommodation was perfectly clean, it has everything you need and is very well located. I would recommend it 100%.

More than perfect accommodation, incredibly clean. Karine makes her home available as if it were our own. We feel good there, surrounded by small attentions and everything you need: small cookies, tea, coffee, etc. thank you for this break halfway through our long journey from Belgium to Arcachon, so refreshing at the edge of the Loire. Our little family is delighted. We will undoubtedly return, to visit the beautiful castles of the region this time. Thanks!
