We had an absolutely wonderful long weekend in May in this house that has far exceeded our expectations. Everything is designed for comfort and fun: the pool and play areas made our children happy, and the quality outdoor amenities allowed us to enjoy real moments of relaxation. The house is nestled in a haven of peace, with a splendid view a short walk away, while being ideally located close to Breton seaside resorts. A perfect setting for a family wishing to combine tranquility and discoveries. A huge thank you to Alexandra and Julien for their warm welcome, availability and kindness, which greatly contributed to the success of this stay. We highly recommend it!

The apartment is located directly on the golf course in a locked area, which can only be entered via a code through a large gate. Parking is available right by the house. The apartment can be reached at ground level. It is modern and practical. The surroundings are beautiful and we liked it very much.

We had a wonderful stay at Marie's. Very good hosting. The listing fits perfectly with the listing description. The kitchen is very well equipped, it's like home! It's a little haven of peace! Despite the proximity to the city center, it is very quiet. Marie was full of little attentions during our stay, it was a beautiful meeting! We enjoyed the pool. We'll be back, that's for sure

The place of Soizic is beautiful. We enjoyed the communication with Soizic: discreet and present. The natural environment was very refreshing, allowing for beautiful walks and beautiful discoveries. We left with a lot of ideas and desires. Gratitude!

Exceptional location. The view is magnificent. The house is very nice and typical. Beautiful renovation. Access to the house is complicated. The street is narrow and not one-way... no direct access from the street to the land. Access by door, there are steps at the entrance... Overall we had a nice stay

Wonderful, supportive host and a beautiful, cozy, well-located apartment. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. We felt more than welcome and really enjoyed our (unfortunately too short) stay!

Beautifully tastefully decorated house, very spacious and functional. Everything was in new condition and very clean. Ideal for two couples. Nice little private terrace with BBQ area, unfortunately with a little traffic noise inside the village but not disturbing. Area is beautiful . There are pretty coastal villages not too far away. We really enjoyed our stay.

This is the second time we’ve been here, and we had a great week in Alban’s home. Lovely walk to the beach, and with a car shops and things to do and visit very close by. Comfortable and cosy home to come home to. We were two adults with our two children and our dog, and we hope to be able to come back again soon! Thank you for a great stay.

Absolutely fabulous stay. Dinan is a beautiful town , but having the opportunity to stay in a 500 year old house on such an historic , atmospheric street as the Rue du Jerzual simply enhanced the experience. Lovely house , exactly as described in the listing. The location is perfect for walking down to the port or simply strolling in to the centre of town ( literally a few yards ) to the numerous super friendly bars and many restaurants. Communication with Tim was ideal. Super friendly and super quick response any time we needed to ask or check something with him. The whole experience - town , house , host - was a real pleasure. The place is great, clean comfortable and well equipped, the use of the garage for bikes or motorcycles was a bonus, the town has all the facilities you need yet the house is quiet and well situated. Benedicte couldn’t have been more helpful, I would not hesitate to recommend this rental to friends or family and would certainly use again if I return to the area, many thanks to all concerned

Super vacation, we fell in love with Brittany right away, which was mainly due to the house and the location. We and the children immediately felt at home in the lovingly decorated rooms. In the kitchen, we were not only impressed by the induction stove and the dishwasher. Otherwise, no wish remained unfulfilled. We especially enjoyed the evenings in the sun in front of the pretty cottage.

Soléne offers a lovingly furnished holiday home. We felt right at home and were greeted with a bottle of local apple juice. The location is great, a well-worn path leads to the main road. There is a bakery, a supermarket and a small beach shop. Along the road, you are immediately on the beach. The holiday home is the perfect base for excursions to St. Malo, Dinan or for short hikes on the peninsula.
