Bika's property was perfect in every way — a lovely apartment in an ideal location: clean, tidy, and equipped with everything you could possibly imagine for the perfect vacation. Located in the heart of Vienna, close to restaurants, historic center, cafés, and attractions. Bika’s response was immediate, with excellent flexibility and understanding for every request. She is simply wonderful. Highly recommended !!!!! We will deffinately come again!

Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt, Rasheed! Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, und sehr sauber so wie auf den Fotos. Wir haben uns sehr wohl dort gefühlt! Die Kommunikation mit Rasheed ist auch super und unkompliziert :-)

Wir wurden wahnsinnig herzlich empfangen und fühlten uns gleich angekommen. Die Wohnung liegt in einem schönen Innenhof, in dem es auch Sitzgelegenheiten gibt. Dadurch kommen die Gäste untereinander immer wieder ins Gespräch. Es gibt außerdem einen kleinen Raum, in dem die Gäste sich aufhalten, Kaffee kochen, Getränke finden, zusätzliches Geschirr ausleihen oder z.B. das Gepäck unterstellen können, wenn Auschecken und Abreise weiter auseinander liegen. Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt! Vielen Dank dafür ❤️

War schön, alles sehr akkurat beschrieben. Bernhard hat sich vor Beginn unseres Aufenthalts noch einmal gemeldet, um uns mit Informationen zu versorgen. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt reibungslos. Das Haus ist halt ein Neubau - da gibt es in Krems sicher schöneres und repräsentativeres, wenn man das will. Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoß gelegen, was auch einen winzigen Garten beinhaltet. Jedenfalls hat alles gepasst, wir haben keinen Grund zu Kritik, dafür viel Lob für die Liebe zum Detail, vom ausgehangenen Zettel mit Infos zum Garagenschlüssel und Wifi-Passwort, über Getränke im Kühlschrank bis hin zum zurechtgelegten Stadtplan von Krems.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und konnten von hier aus viele Ausflüge in die Wachau, die Donau hoch und runter, ins Waldviertel und auf den Jauerling machen. Der hauseigene Wein hat uns die Abende versüßt. Wie Wohnung ist sehr großzügig für zwei Personen (eigentlich für bis zu fünf).

Wonderful apartment in the center of Vienna with amazing views of St Stephan’s Cathedral. Very safe and secure building surrounded by restaurants, shopping and also easily walkable to tourist attractions. The interior is lovely, and very tastefully decorated and the huge windows open to let in fresh air and light and the sights and sounds of Vienna.

Så fint boende i Neubau! Vilken fantastiskt område att bo i Wien. Stor lägenhet och trivsamt inredd. Sköna sängar och fullt utrustat kök. Mysig balkong och innergård. Lite lyhört om man vill ha helt tyst när man ska sova. Paul var en väldigt vänlig värd och svarade snabbt på alla våra frågor. Sammantaget en mycket fin resa till Wien för mig, min syster, min mamma och min moster. Tack Paul!

He was by far the best host I’ve ever met. From the very first moment, he was there to greet me, making check-in super easy and smooth. He also gave me tons of helpful information about sightseeing, which was amazing. I’m so thankful for his help with carrying my luggage, and at the end, he kindly kept my bags for me so I could fully enjoy my last moments in Vienna. Thanks to him, I’m leaving with only happy memories!

We loved our stay in Vienna. This is the best Airbnb we have stayed in on our trip so far and we couldn’t recommend it enough. The apartment was spotless and much bigger than we thought. The living space was perfect and it was great to be able to make some of our own food in the kitchen. Shops and restaurants are walkable and the apartment is located in a lovely area with great public transport links. We particularly loved the projector and all the little details of the apartment that made our stay extra special.

Tina's apartment is wonderfully bright, spacious and airy. We loved it. It was in a quiet, calm area of Vienna but so easy to get into the centre. The balcony overlooking a large fig tree was sunny in the afternoon/evening and amazingly quiet considering its location. So lovely as well to open the big windows in the sitting/dining room which also overlooked trees and had sun streaming in during the morning.

Passamos o final do Ano 2024, com fácil acesso ao Castelo Schönbrunn e seus eventos. Também muito próximo do transporte público. No apartamento estava tudo em ordem, além da disponibilidade da garagem (dem custo adicional). Recomendo !

Elisabeth war sehr freundlich und das AirBnB war super ! Es war sauber und räumig, das Bett sehr gemütlich und die Dusche hatte einen sehr angenehmen Druck. Anreise und Abreise hat auch reibungslos funktioniert und war flexibel mit Schlüssel in Schlüsselbox bei der Eingangstür! Gratis Parkplatz war direkt vor dem Haus.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Andreas’ Wohnung! Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentrumsnah und bietet eine perfekte Ausgangslage, um Wien zu erkunden. Andreas ist ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber – er antwortet immer zügig auf Nachrichten und findet bei Fragen umgehend passende Lösungen. Das hat unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die fantastische Lage: Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Fasan ist direkt um die Ecke und bringt einen in nur 5 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof. Von dort aus sind alle weiteren Reiseziele bestens erreichbar. In der Unterkunft selbst haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und konnten Wien in vollen Zügen genießen. Vielen lieben Dank, Andreas! Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Diese Unterkunft liegt amvRand des neuen Sonnwendviertels und ist mit Öffis super angebunden. Der Viktor Adler Markt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Dachterrasse ist super!

Viihdyimme erinomaisesti Slavisan huoneistossa. Sijainti oli mainio: hyvät julkisen liikenteen yhteydet & kauppoja, ravintoloita ja erinomainen leipomo aivan nurkan takana. Slavisa reagoi välittömästi pyyntöihimme ja järjesti kaikki asiat mitä toivoimme. Majoitumme jatkossa oikein mielellämme uudestaan Slavisan erinomaisessa huoneistossa!

Emilia's unit is located on the 2nd floor. Place is 3-4mins walk away from nearest station. And to Stephansplatz is 2 train stops away. There are Billa supermarket, bread shop and post office. We walked across the park to get to the station and the neighbourhood is kids friendly and safe most important. The unit is very spacious as described. The 2 sofa beds in the living room are comfy too. There are 2 big separate dryer and washer amd that's our main pt. We closed the windows all the time to isolate traffic noise. The kitchen also has oven and necessary utensils. The lift maybe small but it's ok to take 2 turns for a family of six. Overall we really recommend taking this unit.

Super Lage, wir waren 6 Erwachsene mit den Fahrrädern, diese konnten wir in der großen Garage abstellen. Als Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren perfekt, viele schöne und gemütliche Heurige in der Nähe (zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar), Sonja war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, immer erreichbar, sehr saubere Wohnung, es war alles da, was wir brauchten, tolles Whirlpool im Garten und gemütlicher Außenbereich. Ich kann einen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft empfehlen.
