Well-located apartment near the beach and the village of Schoelcher. It is at the back of a house divided into several apartments with a shared terrace overlooking the garden. There are the essentials for a short stay. Good communication with the host. Good value for money for a long stay (I stayed there for a month)

Great stay at the Ti corner of paradise. Amazing view of the diamond. Although shared, we were able to enjoy the exteriors at our convenience. The garden is beautiful! The place is simple but comfortable. Everything is there to enjoy the stay. Zélie remains very available and very welcoming. We would highly recommend this listing!

Absolutely beautiful stay!! Everything was perfect: a breathtaking view of the Diamond and the Morne Larcher with the infinity pool, a spacious, clean and comfortable accommodation, a large very pleasant terrace. Quiet residence. Yannis was very responsive to each of our messages and heard back from us during the stay. We're so glad we had our vacation at your place! We highly recommend it! A great place to stay. The view is beautiful, the sea a minute away, and private parking a plus. Ela is a great host. She did decorate the place for my birthday and even made a gluten-free cake.

2nd getaway in Franck's apartment which is still so cozy! The location is really ideal: beaches, marina, restaurants, shops!

The apartment is tastefully and carefully decorated. Everything is of quality, as if you were in their apartment. Pretty linens, fluffy towels, antique decorative objects, mementos from travels... A real little cocoon. Carole and Eric are very accommodating. Thanks for this stay.

-Exceptional location, on the waterfront, just 5 minutes walk from the center and the small marina. - Fully renovated accommodation, extremely clean, perfect and really very very well equipped in every way, Jean-Louis thinking of absolutely EVERYTHING, both with some beauty/care products in the bathroom, as well as some food in the closet or fridge, etc... -Equipments on site: canoes, paddles, pedal boats, vests, fishing rods, beach slippers... Again, the attention that Jean-Louis has to his tenants is exceptional! -But, in addition to all that would already be enough to choose this place, he is a rare kindness, always ready to help, give good advice, very easily available, in short, particularly endearing, as well as his wife. We stayed a week at Sybille's house. There is direct access to the beach just below but we were not able to enjoy it as the beach was invaded by the sargassas during our stay. Sybille spontaneously offered to compensate us for this when she had nothing to do with it. We had an issue with an unopened bedroom door. Here again Sybille did everything to help us out, she found us a locksmith on a Saturday night. Communication is very easy with the host. The house is particularly well equipped, in the kitchen, bathroom. Dishwasher, washing machine... Full of useful tips: board games, beach games for children, a cooler. I recommend Villa Butterfly with its beautiful covered terrace and sea view.

We stayed for 5 days in Stéphanie's villa. Everything about it is excellent 👍 The location is ideal offering a great view. We also enjoyed the calm, the cleanliness of the villa, the pool, the excellent equipment, the proximity to shops, the friendliness of the owners. The villa is modern and tastefully decorated. Don't hesitate to go there!

Functional accommodation, very well located in Grande Anse, 3 min walk to a beautiful beach with fish and turtles. Beautiful views of the Anse with unforgettable sunsets. We enjoyed the masks and snorkeling snorkeling available. The bedding is of good quality, and each bed has a mosquito net. We enjoyed the air conditioning as well as the fans in the accommodation. Small convenience stores are available near the property, as well as beachside restaurants. Our on-site contact was very responsive, very kind and accommodating. To be hesitated again!

The house was absolutely stunning, just as described. We were greeted by the concierge with a welcome bottle of Rum which was a lovely surprise. The neighborhood was very cute and quaint with the a fabulous beach bar called Chill just a few meters walkable distance from the house. What I appreciated most is how responsive Fred was whenever I messaged him about a minor problem and he always had a solution and responded quickly. Overall I enjoyed my 7 day stay here in beautiful Martinique!

All as described. Nathalie was very warm and friendly. Due to a lack of French knowledge on our part, we had to work with the Google translator. The only drawback is due to the construction site on the neighboring property. This is, of course, not the fault of the host, but this has partially disturbed the tranquility.

Excellent stay. The accommodation is nice and very clean, you feel at home there! We were also able to take advantage of the swimming pool which was great. Hosts are responsive and very welcoming. Thank you again.

Great stay at Christian's! The accommodation is very good, it's simple and efficient. The beach of Anse Mitan is within walking distance. Clean accommodation, easy to access. I recommend it!

Very nice accommodation with full amenities. Very beautiful terrace overlooking the sunset, it can be hot but there is a fan. Go see the cove near the hotel de la batelière, I saw a sea turtle there and lots of fish. Not really a restaurant within walking distance, there is the casino restaurant and pizza restaurant. Otherwise, several restaurants in Schœlcher. There is a beach umbrella available but bring your beach towels. The laundry washer was very convenient. The air conditioning is very efficient, there is one in the living room and another in the bedroom. Very quiet apartment and no neighbor's noise.

The place was really beautiful and very clean with a sea view, a real pleasure to stay there. Throughout the stay, Isabelle was extremely attentive, responsive and enjoyable, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I can only recommend it!
