A delightful mix of old house (hand-hewn beams and squared-off logs for walls) with new renovations (modern bathrooms, comfortable beds, very clean, etc.). The neighborhood is not particularly beautiful, but we were looking for proximity to the Mont St. Anne xc ski trails and this home is perfectly located for that, along with a small grocery store and gas station a couple hundred meters away. It is both cozy and comfortable, and we will gladly come back again, potentially with other family friends as the house has three apartments and would easily house a large number of people. Chalet idéal pour un couple avec 1 ou 2 enfants. Bien situé entre Baie Saint Paul et la ville de Beaupré. Les installations sont bien entretenues et tout était parfaitement propre. Seul petit hic pour ceux et celles que cela pourrait déranger, le chalet est à proximité d’une ligne haute tension et d’une antenne cellulaire. Sinon tout était parfait !

Merci à nos hôtes bienveillants! 🫶 Malgré la mauvaise température, nous avons profité pleinement de la vue sur le somptueux fleuve. La maison nous offre chaleur et confort, il ne manque rien ici. De plus la propreté y est impeccable. Coup de ❤️ Nous souhaitons y revenir encore et encore ☺️

Super hébergement, chaleureux et fonctionnel. Le logement n’est pas très grand, mais suffisamment pour un court séjour. Le foyer électrique est un must ! Le logement est très propre et facile d’accès. Nous avons adoré notre séjour.

Notre séjour s’est très bien passé, l’appartement était propre et fonctionnel. Le quartier est calme et à une dizaine de minutes de la vielle ville en voiture.

Le logement était propre et tout était assez sécuritaire pour mes enfants très jeunes. Il est situé dans un quartier agréable, facile d’accès en autobus et en voiture, à deux pas d’une épicerie et de sentiers dans la nature.

Nous avons passé quelques jiurs dans le logement de Mathieu et nous recommandons à 100%. Le logement est chaleureux, accessible et à 25 min de Québec en voiture. Au pied des pistes pour l’hiver c’est top. Ici nous avons profité de pouvoir aller faire des randonnées au parc national de la Jacques Cartier tout proche Le logement est paisible et agréable. De plus les toutous sont acceptés c’est un vrai plus. Il y a des commerces proches du logement également. Tout était parfait

It’s a beautiful place yo stay. You will find a supermarket two minutes away from the place. It’s 8 minutes away from Montmorency Falls and 12 minutes from Old Quebec . Clean and with all the amenities to have a great trip.

The property looked like it was renovated not too long ago or has been well maintained. This property has almost everything like at home -- good and quite new appliances, all utensils, dishes, required amenities, ... as listed. I especially like the surrounding area. At the end of the street, there is no traffic and so very quiet. There is access to a small brook from the end of the street with walking and bike paths along the brook, which I could take my dog there. The location is perfect for me personally, very close to route 40 and other major high ways, also not too far from the old town. I was there to attend a Volleyball Nation League (VNL) event at Videotron Center, which is very close. Shopping mall, Walmart, Canadian Tire, Grocery stores, McDonald and other fast food restaurants are also around. Overall, I had good experience with the stay.

We loved our stay at Mario's place well-located in the quaint neighborhood of Limoulou. The home was charming, welcoming, and well appointed with everything we needed. We loved the private outdoor space and our daughters (6 and 9 years old) had a blast playing with all of the toys and games in the basement. The A/C in the two main bedrooms and living space were much appreciated. It was great to have a parking space and it was quick and convenient to drive to any of the main tourist attractions that Quebec City has to offer. All to say, we would definitely stay here again!

Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'endroit, l'emplacement était parfait. Une seule recommandation : soyez plus prudent avec le nettoyage, car on y retrouve de la poussière et des poils d'animaux. à part ça, c'est incroyable.

We were extremely satisfied with the stay and the responsiveness of our hosts Dave and Clara. The residence was exactly what our hosts had described. The open floor plan was wonderful, bedrooms were comfortable and everything we needed was accessible and supplied. They were open, honest and a great hosts. Our families had a super time at Dave & Clara's place. Thanks for your responsiveness and transparency in describing your place. We will definitely look you up upon a return trip. to Canada.

Très belle maison, grande et très bien aménagée. Récemment rénovée, la maison est très bien équipée, avec beaucoup de vaisselles et des instruments de cuisine trés variés. C'était parfait pour nos deux familles, avec des jeux et des livres pour occuper les enfants. Les hôtes nous ont beaucoup aidé, rapidement. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Wow. Just wow. The property is beautiful and phenomenally kept. Not to mention stocked with any necessity you can think of. We experienced a weather delay arriving and our host kindly offered to extend our stay to make up for the lost stay. Throughout our stay, Martin and Line were extremely communicative and helpful. We stayed in the middle of two huge winter storms and the property offered a winter wonderland of beauty and tranquility. Thank you so much!
