Fantastic location! Just steps away from the sea. The house was perfect & also well stocked.

Perfect stay, pleasant and functional apartment, easy access to go to St Malo intra muros, beach nearby, and parking nearby. The street of the apartment is very nice, market on Friday morning, and many quality shops including a drugstore bookstore just perfect with competent and pleasant professionals. In short, a stay that was too short... we'll be back! Thank you

A new stay at Hugues, and it was as usual a very good time. The apartment is also beautiful, pleasant and functional. A true gem! If you are looking for a place in St Malo, this is the one! Conveniently located, with a side sea view from the window, quiet with the sounds of seagulls and waves… The appartement is also perfectly equipped. It was our second vacation with our baby and we were amazed by all baby accessories Marion prepared for us. From the bed to the chair, including the cutlery and the bath thermometer! We had a lovely stay at Claudine's. The accommodation was very clean and very well-equipped. Welcome gift (cider and brioche) as well as jam and butter, tea, powdered chocolate, oil and vinegar and so on. Great value for the price By way of comparison, we are in another Airbnb tonight that costs much more and is equipped with coffee, sugar, salt and pepper, period! And no heating anywhere. Claudine is very friendly and took the time to chat with us. I would recommend without a second thought.

What a wonderful place to stay - if you’re looking for a unique place to stay that is quiet and so relaxing, this is your spot. The hosts are so friendly with wonderful recommendations, and the house is exactly as described. The hosts were so accommodating to the times we needed and even when flight and rental car delays occurred, they were flexible to accommodate us. Highly recommend!

Very cozy house, well laid out and equipped. A beautiful walled garden ideal for the dog. The intra muros bus is a 1-minute walk away. We had a pleasant stay.

We had a pleasant stay In Erquy. The location and services are of quality. Only shadows on the board, the basement of the house is also rented without the listing specifying it, and we have not had hot water the last 2 days without the problem being solved.

the apartment is very functional, there is everything you need for a pleasant stay in Saint-Malo, the view from the kitchen window may be one of the most beautiful in the city (the binoculars left available to observe the landscape are a great idea!). Only small downside, but nothing serious, a lack of window and velux blanketing that can prevent sleeping in the morning. Otherwise everything is perfect, I would recommend!

We had a great time with the family in Claire's apartment, which is very pleasant to live in and very well located. The kids enjoyed themselves and so did we. We had already come in 2022 and we all wanted to come back, the children talked about it regularly so we had a great time there. And we had a great time again, they loved being able to observe the tide again anytime from the living room and get to the beach in a flash. And Claire really welcomed us very well and took the time to give us all the tips and good plans to make our stay as good as possible. We will definitely go back next time!

The apartment is in a great location, clean and spacious workout. The sofa in the living room is very comfortable and the living room is far from the bedroom. We had a great time there with my cousin and her 6-month-old baby. To be recommended without hesitation

Apartment very well located to enjoy the Breton coast (5-minute walk to the center of Dinard and the beach) and the parking space is a real plus! The apartment is ideal for a couple, functional (equipment, facilities) and clean. Laurence was very welcoming and gave good advice to enjoy my stay, thank you!
