Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Saint-Pavace

Impeccable accommodation located at the end of a path in the countryside. The environment is conducive to rest and relaxation. Benoît is very available. It met our expectations. We had a very pleasant weekend!

The environment is exceptional, in the nature and quiet. The accommodation also, authentic, in its juice but also readjusted for comfort. The shower and toilet in each room was a luxury highly appreciated by all hosts. We celebrated a birthday and it is a place where it is possible to put on music without disturbing the people who sleep. The possibility of making fires in open period fireplaces is more than appreciable and magical in a castle dating back to the 12th century. Ghislain is very accommodating and flexible. He does everything to make you feel good. I would highly recommend it. Not too much because we would like to come back lol 😉

What can I say about this PERFECT house; perfect location, perfect layout, perfect cleanliness, perfect host. In short, you will have understood, if you have a stay to spend near Le Mans, do not hesitate, this is the house to rent.

Pleasant small house (usually inhabited) with wooded land in a quiet village near forest. Modern and pleasant decor and good services. High price for a single room but maybe it's normal for a week of the 24 Hours of Le Mans.

This is the second time we've been to Gérard's. It's a quiet and perfect place to spend time with family or friends. Thank you Gérard for making coffee, tea and oil available to us. There was also a bottle of rosé wine as a welcome gift. The bikes were very useful. We enjoyed the petanque court, foosball, pool and ping-pong. Many thanks for your hospitality, Josiane. We will definitely be back.

We had a very pleasant stay to end the year. Everything was without fail and the services were even superior to the listing and photos (toilet and shower room upstairs, darts games, superb fireplace). Thank you Stéphane for hosting us!

Jean Louis is a welcoming host. He was waiting for us at the agreed time and gave us the honors of his accommodation. Spacious, functional accommodation. 2 beautiful bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. A covered terrace overlooking the garden of Jean Louis' house. Good bedding. Well-maintained, clean apartment. For the departure from the accommodation, possibilities to deposit the keys in a key box. Thanks for the welcome!

Excellent stay on the occasion of the motorcycle grand prix. Spacious apartment, nice and big plus for the terrace with barbecue. Good communication and responsiveness from Eugenie and Quentin.

Two of us stayed for 4 days. It was a comfortable room with one headroom and one sofa bed.

You can book without a second thought… We had the pleasure of being greeted by Jennifer and her husband, friendly and warm hosts. The accommodation is spacious, with everything you need to have a pleasant time. As for the outside, what can I say, everything is there to make the most of the outdoors (and the barbecue, a little extra that we inaugurated and greatly appreciated)

It is an amazing place. I am really impressed by how well-designed and clean it is. Highly recommended for a relaxing vacation away from the crowds. The place is full of technology and amenities, such as a kitchen, laundry area, sitting area, and BBQ.

Very nice quiet house in a beautiful environment. The outdoor space is very pleasant (beautiful terrace, pool), the interior is spacious and very functional, the rooms are large and the bedding is good quality. I recommend for a stay for families or friends.

The villa was even larger than we expected and although there were 20 of us all together it wasn’t crowded at all . The heated pool was excellent for all the children having a large flat shallow area at one end. Everything was thought of from washing machine to dishwashers and more crockery and kitchen equipment than you could use. Tiphanie was a great host and we all had a thoroughly good time and couldn’t recommend this villa enough

The house is a real gem – beautifully renovated with great attention to detail. My guests and I felt very comfortable from the first moment and really fell in love with this special temporary home. It is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay and leaves nothing to be desired. The hosts were extremely friendly, always available and helped us in every way – thank you very much! The magnificent pool invited you to relax every day, and a tennis court is also available on the grounds. An all-round successful stay, which we will remember fondly!
