Holiday rentals with lake access in Saint-Paul-en-Born

Pleasant stay corresponding to what we expected. Quiet accommodation in a secure residence.

Very good stay in the accommodation offered by Morgane, clear instructions, responsiveness and pleasant exchanges. I recommend it!

The house is spacious and very well-equipped, the pool is very nice! The many bathrooms and toilets are a real plus when you live at 8. The only slight "downside" is that the house overlooks a fairly busy road but on the other hand the windows insulate very well from noise and in the evening there are fewer cars anyway so it didn't bother us too much.

Trip for 4 (thirty-something couple + young retirees): easy arrival, warm and friendly welcome by Caroline the concierge, who immediately put us at ease with great recommendations. Mathieu, the owner, was also very welcoming by SMS, despite his absence on site, we feel that he really wants his guests to have a good time. Both remained available throughout the stay. The house is superb, well-equipped, very clean and the "beachfront" decor is soothing. 😊 The pool, heated and covered (or not), was perfect for this period, a little cool some days and in the evening. The setting is quiet and relaxing in a subdivision consisting mainly of secondary residences. Not far from Mimizan beach where there is everything you want: beach, restaurants, shops... Thank you for making this beautiful home available to travelers! 🧳🏖️ We had a great stay all 4 of us and we'll be back, that's for sure! 🤩 See you soon.

The accommodation is faithful to the description and photos. Very peaceful and functional. We really enjoyed the very bright living room and the two terraces. Stéphanie was clear in her instructions and always available. We are delighted with our stay!

A very nice stay, a nice, quiet apartment, in a well-located residence 2 steps from the lake and 15 minutes from the ocean beaches. Claire was pleasant, available and responsive to our questions, flexible with schedules, and the accommodation is very well equipped (kitchen utensils in particular, but also common products such as salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, toilet paper, and cleaning products, and 1 fan much appreciated during this hot week). We enjoyed the terrace overlooking the garden, the heated pool (be careful children cannot stand, single depth 1.5 m everywhere), access to the residence's washing machine (provide change). This is our second stay in Claude's apartments. This time we took advantage of the view on the south side. The apartment is very comfortable and quiet while being very close to restaurants and beaches. Everything was perfect from our point of view.

We had a very nice time in Thibault's apartment. The balcony is something very special, here you can sit wonderfully and look at the water, it sinks and it rises. We ate and played and read and talked there. The kitchen is very well equipped. The beach is wonderful, the waves of the Atlantic are fun and restaurants and supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. Thibault always supported us well and responded quickly to questions. The stay went very well, in a large campsite with lots of activities available. At the very beginning of the season, so very quiet and pleasant. The location of the accommodation is ideal with a nice view! The directions to our arrivals were very clear, we picked up the keys in a key box without any problems.

Very nice renovation 🙂 Location. With two young children, we were able to access the lake, restaurants, skatepark and village by stroller. Bike paths are also accessible right next to the house.

Very nice accommodation with everything you need for a comfortable stay – everything was exactly as described and we felt completely comfortable. Framboise is a wonderful host: warm, attentive and always trying to make sure her guests don't miss anything. We really appreciated their friendly welcome and communication. A small note for tall people: The bed is a little tight for two people with a lot of body size – for my partner at 1.95 m it was not quite ideal, as of course I also had to use it.
