Charming fisherman's house in town , type T3 wooden, very well equipped and secluded. Atmosphere and neat marine decor with its wooden hanging terrace on 2 levels and its parquet floors boat deck. The living room with a pellet stove and its leather sofa for a cozy and warm atmosphere even out of season. Located on a quiet street 100m from the village with its shops, 300m from the beach and its casino. Granville is 4 km away by the coastal road and Mont Saint Michel nearby.

Private parking space. Small outside. 200 m from all the shops of Saint Pair/Mer and 50 from the beach. In Granville, we practice water sports, walking fishing (largest tides in Europe) and hiking, visiting the Christian Dior Museum... Mont-Saint-Michel is less than an hour away.

In Saint le Thomas (between Granville and Avranches), close to the beach with views of Mt St Michel and the cliffs of Champeaux Quiet and relaxing location Cabin with everything you need to cook and sleep comfortably (you will find 2 real beds made on arrival / sheets and towels provided) Check-ins are between 4pm and 7pm but we know how to adapt. You can park your car next to the cabin. Nightly rental (except July August 2 nights minimum)
