The apartment and the building are impeccable and renovated with great taste. The location is very central, 10 minutes' walk from Arras train station and at the foot of all shops and restaurants, and yet the apartment is very quiet. The instructions for finding the apartment and the keys were very clear. In short, a perfect stay!

Xavier is a very welcoming, human and caring host, he did not hesitate to take the necessary initiatives to offer me a pleasant stay by offering me good places to eat. I came to Arras to take a very stressful exam and I found in this apartment, the calm and tranquility that I needed to settle down and study calmly.
