Le Petit Nid – a relaxing stay

A 200 year old cottage in a peaceful area offering modern/comfortable accommodation. The cottage has 1-bedroom plus a sofa bed (lounge) - sleeps 4, plus its own private garden front and rear and parking. The Gite is close to Bressuire / Parthenay and La Foret sur Sevre which has a restaurant, cafe, plus a beautiful Chateau with picnic area on the banks of the moat. Puy du Fou, Marais Poitevin or Pescalis ( International Fishing Lakes) all close by. Great for walks, Cycling ora mini-break

Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

Mareuil-sur-Lay, a small Vendée town crossed by its rivers, between nature and sea. Beach 30 min, Puy du Fou 45 min, La Rochelle 45 min, hiking nearby…. You will stay in the oldest house in Mareuil 1617… renovated in 2010, and rearranged by us in workshop spirit, recently. You are in the town center with all amenities within walking distance Cottage run by "upcycling" creators, the interior decoration changes according to our creations and possibility to visit the workshop.

Gîte de l'Hau-rizon, 20 minutes from Puy du Fou

Change of scenery guaranteed! Come and put your suitcases in this old renovated stable and classified 3 stars in the Meublés de Tourisme. Located in a village bordering the Grand Lay River, the Gîte de l'Hau-rizon is the perfect place to reconnect with nature. From the terrace, you can enjoy the view of the valley while listening to the river running. Several hiking trails are accessible from the cottage. 5 min drive, access to all amenities.

House located in the city center of La Roche Sur Yon, you can do everything on foot! Composed of 2 bedrooms with double beds, each with its own shower room, and a dressing room. Furnished and equipped kitchen open to the warm living room with its magnificent stone wall. You have a small outdoor courtyard to have your meals without any overlooked. The private garage ensures you a place at all times in front of the house.
