Cottage holiday rentals in Saint-Michel-en-Brenne

Our stay was magical, Martine and Albane were very attentive and responsive to some unforeseen events. We are grateful to them, the cottage was clean, very beautiful, and the environment just perfect. This place is amazing, it's far from our last stay! A big thank you 🙌 We highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay as a group. Three families with children; all found something to do their happiness in this splendid house. The common living spaces are pleasant and spacious, the kitchen is perfectly equipped and the foosball table has brought together young and old around wild parts. Our biggest favorite was the heated indoor pool. An undeniable asset to occupy the children at the end of the day after visiting one of the many sites to see in the region. A big thank you to Adeline who welcomed us so well and was very responsive and accommodating during our stay.

Very well-equipped cottage, in an old outbuilding renovated with great taste. The hostess provides a perfect welcome, she is full of good tips for visiting the area. Recommended without hesitation.

We absolutely loved our stay here. So tastefully decorated and everything you need. The kitchen is very well equipped. The view is lovely, across a small valley and we enjoyed walking along a trail straight from the door. Martine was very welcoming. There is also a small boutique, so we stocked up on local honey. Definitely recommend staying here. Just lovely.

The freshly airy cottage was introduced to us by Caroline as soon as we arrived. The equipped kitchen had very clean utensil drawers. In addition, the dishwasher was emptied and a large stock of toilet paper already provided for us. The laundry room that Caroline also showed us was a stone's throw from the cottage and was free to use, it was very convenient. The nicest surprise though was the pool. Indeed, on the premises of this one was a trunk containing water games such as balloons, fries, rings etc... available to all, to our delight! During our week, we also often enjoyed a hot tub session. Caroline, punctual and caring, opened and operated the outdoor spa at the exact time ordered the day before! Caroline really did everything she could to make our vacation an unforgettable one. Thank you Caroline and very much our next vacation at Les Marronniers!

Very beautiful estate. Quiet family vacation surrounded by greenery to recharge. Everything you need on site. We were very well received by Caroline.

A great stay in a superb and extremely relaxing site - ideal for a stay with family - Fabienne and her husband are very friendly and develop a very nice project.

Extremely comfortable rural gite, excellent walks for the dog from the front door, well appointed property, beautiful old building with historic features, local village was very pretty with really good amenities, well positioned for visiting places. Wood burner good for evenings and wood provided. The host was wonderful and lived next door. Available for help if required. He and his wife were super helpful with local contacts when my partner required medical help.

We had a great family stay at Hervé's! The key words were disconnection and friendliness, the cottage was great for us 5 and the 2 dogs, we were lucky to be able to walk on the land where trails had been made, making a loop of a little less than an hour, the setting is superb. Hervé is very kind, responsive and accessible, we were able to exchange well :).

Accommodation up to our expectations , its location on the edge of a pond , its layout, we really enjoyed its layout. We'll be back with pleasure for our next ornithological observations.

Nathalie is a very welcoming host. She treated us like a member of the family, she cooked us a meal when we arrived and done us a breakfast and nothing seemed to much of a bother. Her and her husband are very accommodating and friendly and we got through the language barrier very well as she has an app on her phone and along with my VERY LIMITED knowledge of French we got by. The property is in a very quiet location and a home from home but local facilities are nearby. A very nice stey thanks Nathalie. Tres Bonne Merci Beaucoup!

This was a lovely Gite in beautiful surroundings. The hosts were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We would definitely use this place again if returning to this area.

Robin and Aïde were very welcoming, very friendly and very available hosts. impeccable accommodation with all the essentials for a group of 8 adults and well located with an incredible quiet park. we would highly recommend them. we were able to visit the castles of the Loire. we loved our stay ..and will be back with great pleasure

A big thank you for this wonderful stay that we will not forget. Three days in parentheses, in a house full of charm, straight out of a movie - cozy and full of serenity. The garden, meanwhile, was our cocoon of greenery, a real little corner of paradise where time seemed suspended. We were touched by the kindness of the whole family: your attentions, your smiles, the warmth of your welcome... and of course, a huge crush on Tempête, who knew how to conquer our hearts in the blink of an eye 🐾 Thank you for this enchanting interlude, for the laughter, calm and authenticity that your place inspires. One thing is for sure: we'll be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Michel’s and Sylvia’s Airbnb! They were lovely and made you feel right at home. The place was gorgeous and had everything we needed. The area was also great. A lot of nice towns close by. Would highly recommend!

Very nice house in the heart of the Brenne and a short walk from the center of Mezieres en Brenne. The host is very responsive and has always responded promptly to my questions.

The photos do not do justice to the lovely cottage and beautiful gardens, the whole area is absolutely stunning. Lovely riverside walk directly from the cottage which we loved, along with our little dog. Lots of Chateau’s to visit, the one in Montresor is very interesting. People were lovely everywhere we went. Can’t fault anything. Hopefully we will be back. Thank you John Michael and Sarah.
