Pretty half-timbered percheron house, renovated from top to bottom in 2010 with all the comforts, but keeping all its soul. Charming family home in Perche Sarthe

Welcoming and very quiet family country house. Guests can enjoy a large wooded lot (not fenced). A journey back in time to get back to the roots. Nearby walks and visits (museums, zoo...). The house is located 35min from Le Mans and 10 min from the highway. It can accommodate up to 8 guests at the table with a small side table for 2 or 3 children. No TV, no internet for total disconnection (but there is 4G!) All linens are provided.
