Our stay at Sam’s place was great! Communication was super clear, and he responded quickly any time we had a question or concern. He also worked with us to arrange an earlier check-in, which really helped us out on our first day. During the stay, we needed an iron and a blow dryer, and Sam made sure to get both to us promptly. The place was very clean and easy to access when we arrived. The building itself was quiet, and everyone we came across was friendly, so we didn’t have any issues with neighbors or noise. The location was also great, easy to walk around and find things to do nearby. Overall, we had a smooth, enjoyable experience and would definitely recommend staying here while exploring Montreal!

Great location and home. Plenty of space, spacious kitchen. Loved the back patio and table. We stayed in late winter/early spring. In the summer it’d be a great place to unwind or work - whatever the purpose of your trip. Hose was very responsive. I especially liked the kitchen, easy access to a grocery store (5-10min walk) and plenty of restaurant and fast food choices minutes away. Would definitely stay again.

I have previously stayed at Karine’s place (4 months) and I already knew what to expect and was hopeful it was available. Karine lets you have your space but is available if needed. She is very easy to deal with and always answered my few questions quickly. I work in the area often and I will always inquire about her place first as it’s become very comfortable for me when I need accommodations. This isn’t a “blow your socks off” type of home that has all the “bells and whistles” of a resort, but it serves the basic necessities which is what I personally prefer over glam.

I frequent Montreal with friends (so I have a sense of the downtown living) and this was the first time I visited with my family. Many properties and hotels have hidden headaches that can make a trip less pleasant. This home is exceptional with zero issues. The Home is brand new, incredibly classy and very comfortable (we had the best sleep in a long time). It's very spacious and fun to lounge around. The location is also worth highlighting, it truly is a 20 minute drive from anywhere in downtown but it felt safe and quiet away from the busy downtown area. No headaches to figure out parking. Peter as a host is fantastic as well: very responsive and accommodating. Any questions or concerns were immediately handled and this was very appreciated. The only person I would not recommend this home to is somebody who wants to walk out into downtown montreal, otherwise I think this is the best place to experience the city from (whether you are a group of friends or a family).

This airbnb was in a very beautiful area, and was a nice place to stay. It had everything we needed for a family. The place was very clean and it was nice seeing the surroundings along with the house. I would recommend the house to anyone as it was very spacious and had plenty of space to keep bags and items.
