we stayed for nine nights and we have nothing but glowing things to say about Shirley. the house was easy to find either via sat nav or a local taxi, and had great connections into Bridgetown or other parts of the island. the air con in the bedroom was a godsend come the evening and the place was well ventilated during the day. Shirley herself checked in with us once or twice to make sure everything was okay and was very responsive to messages both prior to booking and upon checkout. the local supermarket with literally at the end of the road and the gas station had anything we needed to buy as a last minute resort. would thoroughly recommend this place for either solo travelers or couples or siblings coming to visit the island who are happy to get around on public transport or drive

The pictures did the place no justice! It was breathtaking in person. I enjoyed my stay and I’ll be back! Doug was very responsive and Checked on us.

We had a wonderful stay in Barbados! The location of the house is perfect—just a short walk to great local restaurants, several beach clubs, and the stunning Carlisle Bay. It’s also close to the Hilton, where we took advantage of their day pass for pool access, which was a nice bonus. Downtown is just a quick taxi or bus ride away, making it easy to explore the area. The house was ideal for our family, with everything we needed—even for our little baby, which made things so much easier. Stacey was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Barbados!

Mi esposo y yo viajamos desde Venezuela,para hacer tramites de renovacion de visa anericana. El lugar fue perfecto para lo que necesitabamos, excelente ubicación a unos 5 minutos en carro de la Embajada Americana , muy buena conexion a internet lo que nos permitio trabajar a distancia. El anfitrion 10/10 Michelle es amable, atento responsable y nos colaboro mas alla de lo esperado. Gracias Michelle !!! El lugar limpio y cuenta con todo lo necesario para estar comodo. A poca distancia en carro (3min), incluso caminando (15 min) , encuentras un supermercado, bancos, farmacia y todos los sevicios necesarios asi como una de las playas mas hermosas de Barbados Rockley Beach. Nuevamente Gracias , Michelle!

This tiny oasis was perfect for my 2 week stay. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. It is also very centrally located, which makes it easy to get to many things by foot (coconut vendor, bus route, Garrison Savannah, Lanterns Mall, etc). AnnMarie also allowed for both flexible checkin and checkout and her & her son were very responsive whenever I had questions/concerns. I can’t say that I had any complaints. I would highly recommend staying here and I hope to be a return renter on my next visit :)

This Airbnb was amazing! very clean, spacious, and exactly what we were looking for. We chose it for the location, and it exceeded expectations. It’s right on the beach and just a 5 minute walk to Paradise Beach. The area is quiet and peaceful, with hardly anyone around, so it feels like your own private beach. The water is clear, the sand is clean, and there’s even a shower to rinse off after the beach. A few friendly neighbors may pass by, but it’s mostly serene. You definitely need a car, which we had no regrets there. Driving around Barbados and exploring the island was such a great part of our experience. Just a heads-up: there are whistling frogs at night, so it can get noisy, but we had no issue sleeping. Overall, a fantastic stay in a perfect location.

Our stay at Mandy’s place could not have been better. There were detailed instructions to arrive which made checking in very smooth. The accommodation is very comfortable and spacious and has everything you could need and the location really made the stay for us. Mandy is a responsive host and was very helpful with any queries. You can walk to lots of food stands, the beach and supermarket. Thank you so much for a perfect holiday.

There are hosts and then there is Judy. She is clearly the most attentive host I’ve ever had. She really went over and above. Needed a SIM card, she organised it. Needed groceries she took me to the to the supermarket. She’ll say it us on her way to do her own errands but I suspect this is just who she is. Felt right at home. Very attentive host. The place is worth it. A short walk to Bridgetown. For the adventure types with little luggage, Bus 275 from the airport at $3.50 Bajan gets you a short walking distance from her place. All Hail Judy!

My family and I loved staying at Ester’s AirBnB. She was so accommodating even before our trip with our questions. When we arrived check in was a breeze and after a tour, the Airbnb had everything we needed. As a parent, my biggest priority was making sure that we picked a safe area to stay in, and I am pleased to say that we felt 100% safe in the Airbnb and in the neighborhood my teen loved having his own room and spacious bathroom and we loved the patio Area for breakfast and the window looking out into the garden during showers. I love the island of Barbados and I would definitely be staying at Esther‘s place when we come back thanks for hosting us.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Ishecah's house! She was an incredibly attentive, helpful, and accommodating host throughout our entire stay. Her communication was excellent, and she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The house itself was super clean and tidy, which we really appreciated. It was clear she puts a lot of care into her home. We truly couldn't have asked for a better experience and highly recommend staying with Ishecah!

Sean was the perfect host the apartment was as you see in the pictures if not better it was clean fresh and modern. it's was like I was living in my own house felt so comfortable.the apartment is set out perfect with everything that you need and more. location is perfect nice quiet neighbourhood close to the beach good restaurants and local stuff to do. I highly recommend staying with Sean if you plan to visits Barbados you will not regret staying with Sean. I am already trying to rebook with him already for my next trip. I don't have nothing bad to say about my stay the experience was 10/10.

I was very happy at Bibi's lovely place. It was just as described and, as a solo female traveller, I felt safe and secure which is very important. The only slight downside is that the property is a 10-15 min walk to the beach,restaurants, bars etc but this wasn't a major problem and is reflected in the price. If you have a car parking is not a problem right outside the property. Bibi was a lovely host. She was very quick to respond to any queries before I arrived . I had a problem trying to figure out the smart tv but she went out of her way to sort it out for me. I certainly wouldn't hesitate in recommending this place to others and would be happy to stay there again.

La atención fue maravillosa. Uno se siente como en casa. Todo es igual a las fotos. Geoff fue un estupendo anfitrión. Hablan, aparte de inglés, español también, lo cual fue muy útil para mi. Siempre estaban dispuestos a ayudar en todo lo que pudiesen. Recomiendo este lugar de hospedaje completamente.

Le logement de Turnell est simple, agréable et parfait. Tout est très propre, l'appartement est lumineux, les lits sont confortables, la climatisation et le wifi fonctionnent très bien, un ventilateur est disponible dans le salon-cuisine. L'accès au transport en commun pour aller n'importe où sur l'île est à 10 min de marche. 10 min aussi pour se rendre à la superbe plage. Possible de marcher pour se rendre en ville si on veut prendre le temps. Turnell est hyper réactif et répond très rapidement aux messages. Il nous a offert épinards et menthe du jardin. On s'est toujours senti en sécurité. Le retard de notre avion nous a fait arriver plus tard en soirée mais Turnell était présent pour nous accueillir. Je recommande la place chaudement et j'y retournerais n'importe quand !! Merci Turnell !!

One of the best holidays I’ve ever taken - Ocean Blues is simply one of a kind, we lucked out and had the entire villa to ourselves - which was an added bonus for travelling in the shoulder season. The amenities are just as described, but don’t really do it justice - a private little area to swim into the ocean, with a lovely pool oasis on the deck overlooking the vista. It’s truly spectacular! The room is very comfortable and with even better view. It has everything one needs - plush bed, solid shower with pressure and hot water, clean and tidy. The housekeeper Lana was truly an angel and took such great care of us - her hospitality and warmth truly made the experience special and very memorable. Lastly the nearby La Cabane is a must try and swimming over to Batts Rock to soak in the afternoon rays was our highlight. Thank you Justin, we look forward to our next visit! And thank you Lana for all the love and generosity

This is my go to place every time I come to Barbados will definitely recommend for anyone coming for vacation or business

Rachel’s place is easy to get to and clean. She’s a responsive host and I would go back if I was in need!

We stayed at 204 Mistle Cove for one week. The location is right in the heart of Lawrence Gap with all restaurants and amenities within walking distance. The apartment itself is just as advertised, although the view is actually nicer than the pictures. The main room sleeps with a broadview of the ocean and the calming sounds of waves. The patio is spacious and perfect for breakfast , lunch and dinners in front of the ocean. My daughter loved the pool and the ocean front was a lot of fun with the high waves. A calmer and longer beach was only a two min walk from the apartment at Dover. Overall, we had everything we could have needed here, and would easily stay again if we go back to Barbados.

Wayne and his team were very helpful. The house was prestige and in a great location. When I return to Barbados, I will 100% be booking with them

I've been visiting Barbados for years, and Lumiere is in a beautiful estate, with great amenities, and in a convenient location. the host, Lynne, was quick to respond, and flexible. I highly recommend this beautiful apartment accommodation.

Reeds house 9 is a great 2 bedroom apartment right on the sea front with glorious views. The beach is small and private and sun beds are on a smaller garden area just above the beach with steps down. There are specified beds for each of the 12 apartments. The jacuzzi is a great place to sit after a day in the sun! We stayed during the low season so the building was very quiet. It's in a good location pretty much in between Holetown & Speightstown. All the staff were extremely helpful with a special mention to our cook Marcia- She is truly amazing! We loved our time there and would definitely stay again. I must mention that as the apartment is managed by a management company, Blue Sky, and that there is no real personal touch. We felt like we were just a number or another booking. The response time was slow prior to my booking and when I asked for late check out of 3pm, instead of the usual 12pm, was told I'd have to pay a half day rate of around £140/$180usd. This was despite the apartment being unoccupied after we left and the fact we had spent £1900/$2500 for the week. Another thing to note that the arrival meal is charged later in your stay if you check in late. It cost us approx £60/£75 for two people.

Stunning location! Beautiful beach! Host was there to greet us and gave us a tour. Easy communication. No issues. Terrace was fantastic to have meals and hang out with gorgeous views of waves and overlooking lawn area, pools and hot tub with loungers. We loved our stay and would return. Nice boutique hotel nextdoor for drinks and meals out. Close to Gap for many restaurants! Many thanks to Lorna, house manager, for running to catch me to give me my forgotten coat before my Uber pulled away to the airport!

We had a fantastic stay at Magnus’ condo in Barbados! From the start, Magnus was a wonderful host. Very responsive and even took the time to personally welcome us. The condo was well-equipped, especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed to cook meals comfortably. The location is excellent: about a 10-minute drive to St. Lawrence Gap, or a 25-minute walk if you prefer. Oistins Fish Market and the supermarket are also within a 20-minute walk. It was really convenient having taxis available right at the entrance, with rides to Rockley Beach or St. Lawrence Gap costing around 30 BBD$. The condo itself is set on a quiet back road, it was very peaceful and we weren’t disturbed by any street noise. We also appreciated how clean the pool was, even though we only used it once. Plus, the Bougainvillea Hotel is just a 5-minute walk away, and there are a few great bars and restaurants at 2 minutes walk we would definitely recommend Magnus’ condo

We really enjoyed our stay at Ashlyn. The beach was just a few minutes walk. Savvy on the bay is a maybe a 15 walk. You can catch a bus or cab on the road. The location is a little hard to find for delivery drivers but you just have to give them the Sage bistro landmark info. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The ac worked perfectly. The water temperature was great. They really thought of every detail to help with an extended stay. We felt right at home!
