Family-friendly holiday rentals in Saint-Martin-d'Ardèche

Beautiful environment, very pleasant exteriors and super well appointed, 5 stars! Interior could be better maintained (broken outlets, shutters that open or close without being able to block them, pots not in great condition , oven hobs) nothing serious but small things, which could be improved, to also get a 5-star for the interior and the equipment offered! Location, the dream! Great stay as a family!

We had a lovely stay at Philip's. We were able to enjoy the pool, whose water temperature was nice. We relaxed in the garden, and we discovered the surroundings in complete tranquility. Our hosts are quick to respond to our questions and requests, and with sympathy. Note that the bedroom with double bed is not closable: the partitions do not go up to the ceiling, one there is a curtain to separate the bedroom from the hallway.

This is a lovely ground floor studio apartment finished to a high standard. it's set in a quite location in a beautiful garden. Carole and Roland communicated perfectly and where very helpful letting us check in early and providing useful advice. Access back into Avignon is very easy by public transport. the only downside for us as cyclists on traditional bikes was that it's an incredibly hilly ride upto the neighbourhood. that aside everything else was great

Very nice stay at Laurent's. Yes, access to the garage is very complicated, but enough to park nearby. The accommodation is very good. Laurent leaves his tenants with information about the sites to visit, the markets... which is very useful and really good advice. We'll be back no problem 😊 Phil and Céline

We had a great, relaxing stay at Charlines. It was peaceful and exactly as expected!

The most amazing 7 night stay with 7 guests (including 2 children). We couldn’t have wished for anything more, the house and gardens are so beautiful and everything is in pristine condition (even better in real life!) The pools, hot tub and activities kept us entertained daily. We really enjoyed the totally private and peaceful setting. We definitely recommend a car and enjoyed spending time at Lourmarin market and restaurants. Cucuron is under construction but will look amazing when it’s finished. We hope to return to Morgane’s beautiful house one day soon. Thanks for giving us so many beautiful family memories in France.

Frank was always responsive. The area was very walkable. The AC was a big plus! We loved Avignon.

Very clean, very functional accommodation, with beautiful decoration (very neat) excellent bedding, we were 9 adults with each their own room (5) and 4 bathrooms (1 shared). The rooms are very spacious, the kitchen is very well equipped, 2 living rooms are available, in short, 9 of us did not step on each other, each having their own space. Outside, the terrace and its pool in the center of the villa, are just well furnished with a large table for meals with friends, deckchairs, parasols, barbecue etc... You can easily park 3 cars inside the courtyard but outside parking is also easy. Close neighborhood but no nuisance or opposite. A stone's throw from the center, 3 min walk to the bakery, bars and restaurants. In short, our whole family recommends this place to spend a weekend, a week...

Lovely stay in the heart of Provence. We felt very welcomed at Christophes beautiful house. It is very well equipped and the salt water pool is definitely a highlight. We would love to come back and can only recommend this stay.

Had a very nice stay at Laurent's! We came to cycle with 'Klimmen tegen MS' and this location was perfectly located, quiet environment and close to the Mont Ventoux. Éric and Caroline's house is alone in the middle of untouched nature in complete tranquility, but still so central that you can explore the surroundings all around. The house, or rather the whole property, has been beautifully renovated and has retained its old charm. We liked the natural pool very much. The contact with Éric and also by phone with Caroline was very friendly and pleasant, thank you! We already had a few houses in the south of France, this one was definitely a very special one!

Melanie and Alex are incredible hosts! From check-in to check-out, they were tremendously graceful, personable, and helpful (all things within the Airbnb and unrelated to the property)! This is a luxury property. It is beautifully landscaped and the pool was large and inviting. In fact we mixed our plans one day to chill outside. The kitchen has what is needed to prepare meals. The bedrooms are well appointed and the bathrooms are more accommodating than a hotel room. The surrounding town is lovely. Quieter than others in Provence. We would definitely return and recommend. Andre was the consummate host.

Have a great time at this property. There were 4 of us with 2 babies, we were able to enjoy it to the fullest. Very well equipped with swimming pool, plancha, pétanque court etc.. and a nice view, with many activities nearby. Hosts very responsive to our requests, top 👍

An absolutely wonderful stay with the family! The house is decorated with great taste, you immediately feel at home. The setting, surrounded by vines, is simply magnificent and very soothing, perfect for recharging your batteries. Audrey is an exceptional host, available, caring and very kind. This place is a hidden gem for anyone looking to spend some time truly in nature.. the sound of birds in the morning and the sunsets are beautiful. A car is required as the place is hidden away but it’s definitely worth the extra mile for the experience. Florian has put together a lot of local recommendations and the morning fresh bread available on some days is a must! All in all we had a great time and recharged our batteries!
