Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Saint-Mars-d'Outillé

If we could give 10 stars we would! This was one of the best places we stayed in our 3 weeks in France. Such a beautiful and peaceful location. It was impossible to stop taking photos! The home was impeccable with modern furnishings combined with the old. Bedding and towels high quality and smelled amazing. But the best part was the warm and personal welcome by Philippe, Sylvie and their daughter. Although we don’t speak French fluently, we were able to communicate and they shared information about their property, showed us around, introduced us to their dog, cat and 2 donkeys. They ensured we were comfortable and were flexible with check in and check out. It felt like we were being welcomed to their home, which was so special as visitors from Canada. We had a memorable stay and were sad we had to leave after only one night. Lovely country drive to the Le Mans circuit. Hopefully one day we can visit again. Highly recommended!

great setting , peaceful , pleasant accommodation, full and clean bathroom. We were the first tenants of the summer season, Mark had prepared the accommodation as best as possible . Despite a small electric quack beyond his control, he was able to find us a solution. it's very available . We will undoubtedly be back.

We had the pleasure of staying with Stéphanie and Cyril. This is a nice farmhouse very well furnished. All the conditions are there for a great time. We were able to get together as a family during the holiday season. Cooking very well well equipped and bright, very spacious living area and impeccable bathrooms. Spacious rooms. Everything is decorated tastefully. And the little plus the cats who lead their lives quietly by letting us enjoy their presence and some hugs. Don't hesitate because you'll feel right at home Stéphanie and Cyril.

Rose is a great host, warm and caring about our well-being. The cottage is beautiful, it is tastefully decorated, nothing missing. The bedding is perfect. The place is sublime for an absolute rest. I recommend Rose's cottage without a second thought.

Two of us stayed for 4 days. It was a comfortable room with one headroom and one sofa bed.

The cottage is pleasantly decorated , and soothing. Coming for a short stay join family nearby , we only "tested" the bedding (excellent) and the bathroom (superb and functional). If the Kitchen is well equipped with appliances, crockery and utensils, as far as we are concerned we only use the coffee maker and the refrigerator (the change of which is announced because it has run its time). Come back? no problem if the opportunity arises

This is the 5th time we have returned to this studio, always with the same pleasure, which is proof of our complete satisfaction.

You can book without a second thought… We had the pleasure of being greeted by Jennifer and her husband, friendly and warm hosts. The accommodation is spacious, with everything you need to have a pleasant time. As for the outside, what can I say, everything is there to make the most of the outdoors (and the barbecue, a little extra that we inaugurated and greatly appreciated)

We had a great vacation despite the bad weather with a very clean place when we arrived. Good communication despite a bug in my messaging, the owner adapted. Ideal for a large family who wants to enjoy a quiet place away from everything to relax and watch a beautiful starry sky.

The house was spotless and true to the photos. It was large and pleasant, well-equipped. Everything was easy and very well indicated. The house was also very suitable for children (outdoor/indoor games/small bedroom/cribs/high chairs/children's dishes/secure pool). Peaceful and private house. The house is a real gem – beautifully renovated with great attention to detail. My guests and I felt very comfortable from the first moment and really fell in love with this special temporary home. It is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay and leaves nothing to be desired. The hosts were extremely friendly, always available and helped us in every way – thank you very much! The magnificent pool invited you to relax every day, and a tennis court is also available on the grounds. An all-round successful stay, which we will remember fondly!
