Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Saint Margarets Bay

The place is really beautiful and cozy. It is very near to Canterbury West, which is very convenient. The place is also very clean with all the amneties provided. However, the location is directly in front of the road so it gets a bit noisy at night. Nonetheless, it was a very great place to stay in. Stuart is also very kind and fast reponse

We stayed at Fox Barn over the May half term and, considering it was the school holidays, it was incredibly good value for money. Howard was very responsive to any queries we had and provided us with a great list of things to do and places to eat prior to us travelling down. We found Fox Barn to be perfect for our needs for a week. We were lucky with the weather but the location is absolutely perfect for exploring all that the Kent coastline has to offer. We enjoyed trips to Margate, Broadstairs, Botany Bay and Deal which are all within an hours drive and the kids loved the sandy beaches (particularly at Broadstairs). We also enjoyed Wingham Wildlife Park and Betteshanger Park, riding the mountain bike trails, as well doing some Park Run tourism at Pegwell Bay. For fans of the outdoors there really is so much to do. Fox Barn itself is a wonderful space with excellent size bedrooms, kitchen and a great dining area which we used as a family most mornings. We would happily visit again!

Wir wurden von der Mama von Stephane herzlich empfangen. Stephane kam uns etwas später begrüßen. Im Haus ist alles was man braucht. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Aussicht ist traumhaft. Stephane ist ein toller und sehr netter Gastgeber. Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub und kommen mit Sicherheit wieder.

The barn was beautifully decorated. Clean and very homely. It had plenty of room and was amazing ,with everything we needed for our stay .The outdoor space was perfect again we had good seating,a bbq ,a fire pit and a wood burning hot tub which was perfect and was ready to use when we arrived .We were surrounded by nature it was stunning. Lisa was amazing , she knew exactly what we needed. Her responses were quick and helpful a perfect host and very kind .Lisa was on hand if you needed her but we had perfect privacy . Nothing was too much trouble .I would highly recommend this Airbnb. Location wise was really good ,not far from Sandwich,Ash and the east coast is a short drive away . Beautiful walks , woodland and totally safe for our little dog . I only wish we could have stayed longer , it was the perfect place for peace and tranquility. Thank you Lisa

Just experienced the most perfect 3 day stay, in an absolutely ideal location in Rye. A spotlessly clean, stunning character filled property with low beams, wonky walls and sloping floors, which all add to it's wonderful charm. A very responsive, helpful and kind host, who really wants you to enjoy your time there. No questions too hard and always a very warm prompt response from Becky. We would 100% recommend this property and host, if your looking to book the perfect getaway in Rye. Amazing place right on the beach - fun driving through the sunbathers to the house which was the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort.

Had a lovely stay in this property in Bridge, a homemade cake was left for our arrival with milk, crisps, chocolate & Prosecco which was such a lovely touch. We were celebrating a birthday so was cooking a meal and the kitchen had absolutely everything you could have wanted and more. More lovely touches were the robes and slippers in the bedrooms. The way we could open up the back bifold doors to access the garden was wonderful on the hottest day of the year and the furniture was so comfortable.Patricia was so helpful and got back to us with any questions so quickly. My name is Andy, and my friend and I had an amazing stay at Sarah and Lewis’s wonderful home. I was in town for a golf tournament, and after searching all the options, we definitely found the best one! The house was spotless, spacious, and far better than advertised. The kitchen was perfect for cooking breakfast, and the huge TVs in the kitchen and living room were ideal for two big sports fans. The lighting added a great touch, and the backyard was peaceful—we had a few memorable sunset meals out there. The hot tub looked incredible, though we didn’t get a chance to use it. The beds were super comfy, and the bedrooms had tons of storage. I’d recommend this place to anyone visiting Dover and will absolutely be back!

Loved the beach access, straight out on to the sands and nice garden to sit in. Easy to use TV with helpful instructions. Lots of kitchen stuff to cook meals, not that we did. Found Chris extremely helpful and very comprehensive instructions for parking, checking in, and all the facilities including photographs.

My boyfriend and I were gifted this Air BnB as a weekend away to Margate for our birthdays so we wasn’t sure what to expect but we was pleasantly surprised as we entered the door! It was very trendy, clean and in the most perfect location - with everything being just a 5 minute walk away! Our stay was during the hottest weekend of the year so felt a fan was needed, but understand this is a rare occasion in the UK! The BnB was fantastic but the only down side would be the wooden floorboards and thin walls as you could hear every thing and every time the neighbours took the dogs out for a toilet. But this didn’t at all ruin the experience, we had an amazing time and would stay here again. Thanks so much!

Gorgeous flat on the seafront, with two super comfy bedrooms and beautifully curated art throughout the house - would 100% stay again if I’m ever back in St Leonard’s!

We had a wonderful stay at Bellevue and would definitely stay again. The property is beautiful and well equipped a stones throw away from the beach which both of our daughters loved. Angela was a fantastic host who had great communication. Thank you for a lovely stay and we can’t wait to return

What a fantastic place - location is superb and right on the beach with short walks to the great restaurants, bars, and cafes of Marget. Amy was super helpful and responsive. Place was clean with stellar accommodations for both kids and adults. The decor is really impressive - love what they've done with this place. If you have a chance to stay here, don't pass it up.

Enjoyed our second visit with Antony and Gonzalo. Had stayed 6 weeks in 2019 and became friends with them then. Made it a point to spend 3 nights with them on this trip and it felt like old home week. Antony is very knowledgeable about architecture and grand British homes so he can offer advice on where you may be able to see historic buildings and interesting houses. We hope to visit with them again on any future trip to England.

Thank you Mathew for allowing us to stay with our dogs. Even though our stay was an emotional one, we felt right at home and that made things a whole lot easier. Being Autistic with other disabilities/difficulties, it can be very hard travelling and staying away at different locations. From the moment we arrived we felt like we belonged which really helped me to cope, thank you We loved the basement apartment, it was perfect from everything it offered, to the unique quaintness of its character, to how quiet it was, to feeling so warm and inviting. We look forward to returning again

We had a great Christmas. The house is a much bigger then the photos. Plenty of space for a large family and more then enough hot water for all of us!! The house is very clean, enough pots, pans plates etc. Lovely setting, loved the little church, which is open for visiters only, seeped in history.

Excellent séjour familial à l'écume des jours. Maison pleine de charme, full équipée et très paisible. Très bonne literie, rez de chaussée très lumineux, et agréable. . Belle salle de jeux pour les petits. Balades directement accessibles en quittant le jardin. Propriétaire très attentionnée. Nous y reviendrons !

Enorm genoten van de prachtige accommodatie. De ruimtes waren schoon en voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Het huisje is heel gezellig en knus en met smaak gestyled. De mooie kust is op loopafstand. Ook fijne restaurants zijn op loopafstand. In de buurt zijn ook leuke activiteiten te doen, zoals Wimereux, diverse musea. Maar het mooist blijft toch het rotsje springen in Audresselles.

We had a lovely relaxing stay at this peaceful bungalow. Everything we needed was provided at a very high standard. This was our send visit and we will be back.

Première expérience très positive via airbnb. La villa est située dans un environnement calme, facile d'accès et à proximité des plages, musées et restaurants des environs. Maison très bien équipée, surtout la cuisine, il y a absolument tout ce dont vous avez besoin ! Plusieurs télévisions, une belle terrasse, un barbecue au gaz facile à utiliser, des meubles de jardin. Trois salles de bains, ce qui est rare. Facilité de communication avec les propriétaires, très réactifs aux questions. Une bonne anticipation des besoins avec un cahier informatif très complet sur la maison et la région.

Beautiful house in such a perfect location. So many bedrooms and bathrooms meant we had more than enough space. Lovely garden with barbecue and furniture. Stone's throw from the Digue, beach and village centre. Really hope to return in the future.

Jeani was sensational! One of the babies in our group had to go to an and e and she was so generous and kind while we had to stay longer at the house. If I could give 10 stars I would.
