Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Saint-Mard

My daughter and I had a fabulous time in Paris and Claudine’s space added to the enjoyment. It was very secure and very clean. Claudine was very responsive. She was also very helpful and sympathetic as we navigated a taxi strike making travel to the airport for our return flight almost impossible. With some luck we did make it.

The apt was incredible and Julien was a great host. He left little surprises throughout the apt for us and even left us a parting gift. The neighborhood was very family friendly and it was great for late evening walks to cool off. Apt had everything we could have possibly needed and Julien was even able to accommodate our early check in time. Highly recommend staying here is you are visiting Paris!

I think this room overall is very good.It is about a 15-minute walk from the C train station, and the living environment is quiet.Everything is provided in the room, and check in and check out is also very easy.Overall, this is a great value for money and highly recommended.

A really nice place. Quietly located with a park, beautiful restaurants and a very tasty bakery. It was a 3-minute walk to the S-Bahn. Great connection to go to Paris. Wahab was very friendly and always easy to reach. We would check back in here anytime.

This is a super wonderful apartment . I was delighted with the cleanliness and order . Wonderful and quality bed linen . Very nice orthopedic mattress , it was very comfortable to sleep, the pillows are of high quality and soft. Cleanliness . The apartment was very quiet . This allowed you to relax peacefully after excursions . Host Jp is an insanely kind , friendly, helpful , polite and very caring person . Responded quickly and responded to any questions. Beautiful studio under the roof on the edge of Paris. The Métro is within walking distance. The flat is perfectly furnished. The steep staircase to the 4th floor can be managed with a little skill. Carole is very nice, the refrigerator was already stocked with water and watermelon. All in all, a great apartment for a stay in the French metropolis.

This is an outstanding property. It has all the amenities, and everything is spotlessly clean. It’s spacious and cosy; we felt right at home. We had a few questions for Sebastien, and he replied straight away. We took our 9-year-old daughter with us, and she loved it. The weather was inclement, so having a washing machine and dryer was invaluable. I would recommend this property to all. Thank you Sebastien.

Kaltrina's place was great to stay in. Close to public transport, and the night bus. There is an Aldi and Bakery near by. The area appeared a little off the beaten path, it was very local with few tourists around, which added to the local feel of the place. Highly recommend!

Couple with 2 young children. We spent 3 excellent days in this beautiful and pleasant house, both outside and inside. Although next to a small road, there is no nuisance, it is very quiet. We ate all our meals in the garden, contemplating the beautiful cherry tree and listening to the frogs in the evening. The house is tastefully decorated, very comfortable and has all the amenities. 5 minutes from the Mer de Sable, 15 minutes from Senlis and 25 from Chantilly. A highly flexible arrival and departure. What a joy!

Pleasant stay in the green in a charming cottage, welcoming, comfortable, very well arranged, with pretty decor and close to many sites to visit and walks in the forests: Crépy en Valois, Pierrefonds, Compiègne, Senlis...

The accommodation was very nice, clean and beautiful. Quiet environment with a very beautiful garden and outdoor seating. The accommodation is in a great commuting distance to both Disneyland and Paris. The hosts are very nice and helpful people. They allowed our family to check in early in the morning, even though the standard time is 4:00 p.m. We highly recommend this accommodation!!!

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

A charming cottage in a charming village. Very quiet. Upon arrival I had parking space in front of the door, everything was well explained and easy to find. Interior is in order, the kitchen is sufficient to prepare (small) meals. I was in transit, so I can't say much about what there is to do in the area.

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Audrey’s place is on our Favorites List! The apartment was clean, cute & comfy with restful décor & plenty of windows for a light & bright environment. The location was in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. The Metro was a short walk away so we could get to the most popular areas in Paris easily & return later to a peaceful, calm evening. Several restaurants were nearby, as well as a terrific mid-week Farmer’s Market. The kitchen had plenty of cooking & eating utensils & dishes. The beds were comfortable & a fan was provided for each bedroom to bring in the cool night air. The bathroom was modern with a large tub/shower & the inhouse washer was a big plus. But the best part about Audrey’s place is Audrey! She provided concierge service, allowing us to ship a package to the apt. in advance of our arrival. It was there waiting for us when we opened the door. Instructions to find/access the apt. were very clear & Audrey was responsive to any questions we had. Three cheers for Audrey!!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb in Roissy, just a few minutes from CDG airport. It’s incredibly convenient—especially if you’re arriving by car. The private parking made things easy and stress-free. The apartment itself is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a perfect fit for a small family. Whether you're catching an early flight or looking to explore the surrounding area, this is a great place to stay. Highly recommend!
