Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Saint-Malo

The perfect location to visit Mont Saint Michel, Saint Malo, Dinard, Dinan and Dol de Bretagne within 30 minutes. The apartment lacked nothing and was very clean. Thanks Claudine, perfect host.

Excellent stay! The accommodation was clean and identical to the description of the listing. The garden is really ideal for quietly enjoying the outdoors. The bedding is very good. The big + of the accommodation is the location; everything is within walking distance, it's really great. The market and Les Halles are right next door. We had a great time in the beautiful accommodation in Cherruieux. A great starting point for great excursions! We felt very comfortable in the house, it is very tastefully decorated, sparkling clean, well equipped and the sea view is unique! We will be happy to come back!

We stayed with friends in this beautiful and large house. The renovation is tasteful and of good quality, it is aesthetically beautiful and the amenities are numerous. The kitchen in particular. The garden and terrace are pleasant. In the evening, we are comfortably settled inside... to read a book in front of the fireplace. Bedrooms and toilets are upstairs. Thank you to Dagmar and Guy for their hospitality and responsiveness to our requests.

Very well located accommodation 30 min walk from Saint-Malo intra muros along the beach! Marie-Claire is a very welcoming and caring host; she gives good tips for visits and restaurants! We came by car and easily found parking in front of the accommodation or in the street. We recommend this accommodation 😊

I'll be returning to David's place on my next visit. The apartment was nice, the cleaning is not done in a hurry, and there is everything you need to cook. I spent good quiet nights in a bed (sofa BZ) whose mattress is of good quality. Much appreciated looking at the gulls who come by the window and land or communicate with each other from time to time:). Wifi is excellent for working remotely. The TV box allows you to have the channels live or replay, a big plus for the holidays. You can't get any closer to the sea, just cross the street and take an alley for 30m:). I highly recommend this studio whose owner is really kind and very helpful, very responsive. It's nice to see someone taking care of their tenants.

Communication about the apartment was excellent and it was easy to make contact with Pascal and Cathy, the concierges, who had lots of local knowledge to share. Pascal was charming and very helpful in every respect. The flat is well described on the website and was very clean and welcoming. The furnishings were comfortable and we had everything we needed for a very luxurious stay. A huge asset of the flat is the location and I spent lots of time watching the sea, boats, ferries and people on the beach. I loved it. It is easy to walk everywhere and that is what we did so I recommend this to anyone arriving by ferry or train. That is what we did and we didn’t need a car at all. St Malo has something for everyone including scores of places to eat. We recommend that you look at reviews on TripAdvisor when choosing a restaurant as we got caught out on one occasion with poor food. All the others we tried were excellent and the cuisine is varied. The accommodation offered is ideal for a short stay in Saint-Malo, close to the historic center and a stone's throw from the Sillon. We highly recommend it.

A small apartment, but with everything a big one has! Guaranteed comfort and a bright room. Very nice kitchen that we didn't really test because we only had breakfast on site. The beach is at the end of the street, and on the other side the city center of the neighborhood: incredible location, and 20 min pleasant walk to reach the intramural. The arrival and departure times are great. Coup de coeur!

Nice, clean place in a good location. Only issue was during check-in. The host outsources the key drop off and pick-up to a separate person. They were 45min late to the check-in/key drop off. Check-out/key pick up was spot on time.

We had a great time in the studio. Very nice accommodation, super clean, quiet, great bedding, magnificent view, free parking. The explanations are very clear to access the accommodation. A big thank you to Régis for his kindness. Finally, everything is perfect.

We had a great time with the family in Claire's apartment, which is very pleasant to live in and very well located. The kids enjoyed themselves and so did we. We had already come in 2022 and we all wanted to come back, the children talked about it regularly so we had a great time there. And we had a great time again, they loved being able to observe the tide again anytime from the living room and get to the beach in a flash. And Claire really welcomed us very well and took the time to give us all the tips and good plans to make our stay as good as possible. We will definitely go back next time!

Beautiful apartment located close to the beach for beautiful walks and not far from Intramuros. We did everything on foot. There is all the equipment available for babies. Marie Claire made herself available for the key handover despite our train delay!

We had a great stay in Saint Malo The apartment was very clean, very accessible with a secure gate. The condominium is very quiet, a few steps from the sea and various small shops, tobacco, pharmacy, Carrefour, bakery... Marie and her husband welcomed us in a friendly way and we immediately felt at ease They are available with a good heart and we mentioned several activities and restaurants to do Thanks again for hosting us. We were 3 adults and spent 1 week at Katy's place. The neighborhood was quiet, accessible and close to some very nice small beaches and breathtaking views (5 min walk). We had a rental vehicle to get to the center of Saint Malo in about ten minutes. Katy and her husband have always been reachable and friendly, whether to recommend outings and activities or to answer our questions about the apartment.
