Le logement est fonctionnel, tout équipé, idéal pour un week-end au vert ou encore un endroit sympa qui change de l'hôtel pour travailler randonnée, tennis, ping-pong, natation ( attention piscines non chauffées et donc fermées de septembre à avril)

Comfortable cottage 2 hours from Paris, south of Puisaye and 20 minutes from the medieval site of Guédelon, the castle of St Fargeau and its historical shows, the Colette museum in St-Sauveur as well as the vineyards of Pouilly, Sancerre, Ménetou-salon, It is in a hamlet near the village of Perroy, 5 km from Donzy and its shops and 20 km from Cosne-sur-Loire that we have set up this independent cottage, with its private garden in an old farmhouse of the 18th and 19th centuries.

Our beautifully renovated farmhouse set in a quiet rural part of Burgundy, not far from the Sancerre/Pouilly wine country. It has a huge garden and terrace, large swimming pool (May-October), trampoline and swings (and space to make huts and play hide and seek!). Peaceful evenings star-gazing, sitting under the pergola as you barbecue whilst drinking locally wine, after taking leisurely strolls or bike rides around the country lanes is what it is all about!

On the island: an enchanting place to "pause"

This master house shares its courtyard with an oil mill in Donzy and its charm will not leave you indifferent. It is majestically situated on the river. We recently renovated it, preserving its authenticity and character, it will be ideal for a few days with family or friends, close to Pouilly and Sancerre, close to the Château de Guédelon. 5 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a friendly living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 beautiful terraces. Manor Flower Cottage

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

rental in a very nice garden with the possibility, in summer, to eat outside. Very quiet, surrounded by nature. Ground floor: fitted kitchen, dishwasher, built-in oven, microwave, fridge, 2-burner gas stove, coffee maker etc. Entrance with wardrobe, upstairs large room approximately 40 m2 in the attic, double sofa bed, 3 single beds plus a baby bed, TV. Bathroom with bathtub and toilet, changing table. Heating by electric radiators.

A charming home in the heart of Burgundy!

The cottage is an old house entirely renovated with taste, highlighting the original materials: beams and exposed stones, stone floor and terracotta. It includes two large rooms on the ground floor: a living room with sofa and armchair and a dining room with an attached kitchen. Upstairs are the two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and a spacious bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds, it is possible to add a third bed.

Stay in the countryside (18km from Guédelon)

You will have a bedroom with TV, a bathroom with shower, toilet and a dining area (kitchenette) with microwave, mini-oven, kettle, Senseo coffee machine, fridge and freezer. (No stovetop). Also an outdoor area for relaxing and/or dining. Close to Guédelon Castle Ratilly Castle Colette's House Boutissaint Park Lac du Bourdon. Sancerre and Pouilly for our wines in Burgundy. A private space for you to park in.

Appartement (un escalier un peu raide vous emmèneras au 1er étage) grande pièce avec 1 lit 2 personnes, (lit parapluie) 1 télévision, wifi, coin cuisine (vaisselles, cafetière .micro onde, plaque électrique . Salle de bain ,wc tout commerce à proximité. Le parking est à 20 mètres derrière un petit monument qui est à la droite de l’appartement.(pas de télétravail ) .route très fréquentée. Pas de Clim .
