Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Saint-Malô-du-Bois

If you want to feel a local in the city centre, this is the right place. I kind of feel at home since I arrived. The building entrance corridor requires some upgrade to make it look nicer. The apartment is in the 3rd floor, and this may be an issue if you have large bagagges. The apartment has their own furniture, which is nice, but sometimes you may find a hidden speck of dust. Some nice features, such as a collection of vynil records make it unique. At night, you may hear the crowd from the restaurants on the street, but it was ok for me, I did enjoy my sleep. The highlight of the apartment is the location, the bright and spacious living room, which made me qualify this place with a 5 star.

A night reserved to take a simple break on the journey. We were pleasantly surprised by the apartment's equipment (many towels + gloves, cotton buds, pharmacy, several pillows, etc.), as well as by the small touches (brioches, spread, orange juice, milk, cold water, etc.). Having rented many apartments, I have rarely seen this, especially in this budget. In addition, the apartment is really very clean, worthy of a good hotel. The parking space is right in front of the apartment, which allows you to be very quickly settled. Thanks again, and see you soon!

Laurent's place is in a great location, easy to walk to most parts of Nantes, but is also in a very peaceful quiet area of the city. 15 minutes walk to Ile De Nantes, 30imutes to train station, 10 minutes to centre ville. the bathroom is amazing with a spacious shower. the cooking facilities are enough to make simple meals which you can enjoy on the balcony. the bed is very comfortable and we got a great sleep! the record player is a bonus as we bought lots of new music but could also listen to Laurent's collection. there is a great Boulangerie and small super market just 1 minute walk away with a great selection of fresh food. code access to all doors is so easy and no worry about losing the keys! would stay again and recommend to friends.

La Grange de Nadia is a small cocoon, furnished and decorated with taste and very well equipped. The photos are also very faithful. Ideal for a family of 6 adults like ours. We chose it for its proximity to the Puy du Fou, the purpose of our stay. Nadia is a very responsive host, who was able to respond to our requests. Really quiet cottage in the middle of a beautiful landscape, sunset not to be missed! Nathalie and Sébastien are super welcoming and kind hosts. The house is modern, very clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. We had a great stay.

An exceptional family stay in the Baptistin cottage, Everything is designed so that we can evolve with ease, even in large numbers. Activities for both the youngest and adults, various games, indoor swimming pool and relaxation on the terrace. Bathroom and toilet adjoining each of the rooms, the must! We were very well received by Viviane and Pierre. Listing is as described. The equipment in appliances is of quality. The bedding is extremely comfortable. The building is very quiet. The location of this accommodation allows you to discover and visit Nantes and the surrounding area in very good conditions. The documentation provided by Viviane for both appliances and ideas for outings was very helpful. We really enjoyed the food products (brioche, milk, fruit juice) available to us for breakfast.

Spacious renovated apartment with sunny verandah in a quiet location. Fully equipped with everything you need to cook meals or make coffee! Also very convenient to public transport - bus stop at the corner. We enjoyed our stay very much would stay there again if in Nantes.
