We have visited on a few occasions and are always pleased with the how much it feels like home. Comfortable and beautiful scenery. Our host Celine is always on hand no matter whats required. She is pleasent and very helpful. The property is spacious and clean with added benefit of a large garage.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay with Robin! We were 3 families and everyone had their own kingdom From beginning to end, the communication was excellent and he was incredibly helpful and accommodating. It is particularly noteworthy that Robin provided us with shower mats - a small gesture, but one that shows how attentive he is and how important the comfort of the guests is to him. Thanks to Robin's friendly and helpful manner, we immediately felt at home. We can fully recommend this accommodation and Robin as a host and would be happy to come back anytime!

This house was the perfect accommodation for family of 5. We were able to spread out, and have some privacy (with room to spare.) Loic was responsive and helpful. The house itself and the linens were very clean. The location was very quiet, beautiful, and somewhat walkable. Definitely walkable to Omaha beach, however without renting a car you’d be stranded with no means to go anywhere else. The area is very secluded with no reliable Ubers. All amenities including dishwasher and washing machine worked perfectly. I would definitely book this accommodation again! Recommendations : There were no mirrors in any of the bedrooms, only the bathrooms. Would be helpful to add mirrors to the bedrooms. Additionally, the night stands in one of the twin bedrooms had a light, but no cord attached to it to make it functional.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, modern and lovingly furnished. There was everything you need. The location is great, several restaurants are within minutes walking. I would like to highlight the fast and friendly communication with the hostess. I felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime!

The apt. was clean, and well equipped. Parking spot right in front is a bonus as is an outdoor seating area and washer/dryer in back. Walking distance to everything. An FYI is you will need to clean, including mopping or pay a $15e fee. Not a problem, just good to know.

As others have mentioned this is an excellent holiday flat and superb base from which to explore Normandy and the beautiful city of Caen. The flat is clean, comfortable and is very well equipped for self-catering though the nearby town center bars and restaurants may tempt you out at little more that you planned. Highlights include secure and convenient parking, excellent bathroom and shower, comfortable bed and the bonus of a lovely private garden to kick back while sampling the local calvados in the evening. As mentioned the flat is very central with a five minute walk into the center for fresh bread and croissants in the morning. Caen itself is full of surprises with beautiful churches and abbeys combined with a very laid back atmosphere. Though we did not meet Christine her ongoing communication was both discrete and charming. Book you wont regret it. 5 stars all round

Good location in the centre of town close to everything (including Juno Beach Centre). On the third floor so lots of stair climbing. Apartment is small but cute and the sofa bed is very comfortable.

Cute and beautifully decorated apartment! Nothing is missing in terms of equipment and everything is very functional. You feel good right away because of the generosity of the hosts (toiletries, coffee, tea, chocolate, groceries to make a vinaigrette, etc.) The state of cleanliness is of a level rarely (if not never) encountered. We are a little obsessive, but everything inspires confidence: fresh towels, sheets that smell like laundry, fitted sheets with the clean side facing up, fresh dish towels and new sponges... What's the best way to describe feeling like a princess in an Airbnb accommodation?🥰 Built in 1899, Villa La Sapinière is quietly located in the immediate vicinity of the beach. Anne had already sent us detailed information about the exact location of the apartment before our arrival. There was also a useful manual in the apartment. Upon entering the apartment, we immediately noticed a very pleasant scent and the hand soap also smelled very good. For our dog, a towel was ready under the stairs in the entrance area, which we appreciated very much, as it had just rained heavily. Orange juice and water were waiting for us in the refrigerator. The apartment is a beautiful, bright studio with perfectly coordinated, very tasteful furnishings. Everything was spotlessly clean and the bedroom with the carpet was incredibly cozy. We are already looking forward to our next stay there. Thank you❤, Anne!

My son and I stayed 2 nights in Yannicks apartment, it has restored my faith in air bnb after a dreadful experience in Paris, the apartment is better than the pictures, the location is 10/10, the apartment was immaculately clean, I slept on the sofa and it was the most comfortable bed I have slept in since arriving in France 1 week ago. The town of Bayeux is the prettiest town I have ever seen and the apartment was 5 minutes walk to everything we needed. THANK YOU for allowing us to stay in your amazing apartment Yannick.

The apartment is superb. It's well equipped. Olivier was very attentive and answered our questions. The place is very nice and is an ideal starting point to visit the beaches of Desembarco and the part of L'Havre. Very close to the beach. I recommend it 100%
