Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Close to Chambord, you will be welcomed in a comfortable studio: equipped kitchen (multifunction oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso...), living area with sofa that can be converted (for 1 adult only), 140*200 cm bed, bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and towel dryer. Facing south, the studio is very bright and equipped with air conditioning. Private outdoor space and parking in the courtyard.

You can stroll around our pond, fish, or take a short boat ride, while observing the local fauna and flora in a quiet and peaceful setting. Moulin XII - 19th century Charming cottage, with its independent entrance overlooks the front garden. It has been furnished, furnished and decorated with elements found in the barn of the last miller in a chic countryside spirit. Breakfast is not included in the service. However, on weekends and school holidays (zone B), breakfasts can be offered at a rate of €20 for 2 people, on request.

In the heart of the Loire Valley and Sologne and their natural and cultural heritage, we offer a 23 m² studio (1 room) with kitchenette, very comfortable sofa bed, and bathroom area with large shower. It is located on enclosed land including private parking in the owners' courtyard but independent, close to the Loire and bike path near the accommodation.
