Louies is a great host, very cordial and very responsive. The house is very easy to find. The house is situated at a nice lakefront location and spotlessly clean. When we arrived, the house was already cool which made us feel very comfortable. We will definitely recommend this place .

We enjoyed our stay here. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Everything we needed was provided. The place is close to busstops which will lead you to Downtown or metro stations. Côte St Luc mall is less than 10 minutes walk away. Our flight got cancelled and thankfully it was possible to stay an extra night. Very thankful for allowing us to enjoy our stay without the stress of a late flight. We will definitely consider staying here again on our next visit.

Absolutely loved my stay! The place was clean, stylish, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The highlight was definitely the pool and hot tub—both were well-maintained and perfect for unwinding. The host was super friendly and quick to respond to any questions. Great location too—quiet, safe, and close to everything. I’d 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with great amenities!

Vincent did everything to make our stay comfortable. What a great place it was. In a beautiful quite area if you have a family and kids and want to be somewhere quite and comfortable 100%. This is the place !

Marie Jose and Jacques are super hosts. we arrived to cookies and breakfast ready for the morning. Their communication was friendly and really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation is beautiful and very clean. It was a really relaxed and beautifully decorated venue. Lassine is a beautiful town to visit and is a 15 min walk. If you're looking to visit central Montreal it's about 60-90 mins by public transport or 30 mins by Uber/car. We really enjoyed our overall experience, thank you.

My husband and I booked this place for our 7th year anniversary. Our check in was suppose to be at 4 but we arrived there at 11:30 am and Caroline was gracious to let us leave our bags in the garage while we explore Montreal for the rest of the day till our check in. She's extremely friendly and responsive. She was very diligent in cleaning the pool and enjoyed the pool experience very much looking over the river. Bathroom was clean, shower had very good water pressure and was hot for long time (I took a bath and my husband used the shower and we didn't run out of hot water-amazing!) We were able to use the washer and dryer easily. Linens were clean and fresh with NO lint. House decor was modern and comfortable. Looked exactly like the photos, but the space felt actually much bigger. All the appliances that you need. Attention to detail. The host is on site downstairs which made me feel safe but not intrusive at all. Thank you so much Caroline for letting us in your home.

Loved staying here! The place was super clean and the views of downtown were amazing. It’s in a great spot — I could walk to pretty much everything I needed. A great place to stay if you are visiting Montréal. The Airbnb is a short walk to the nearest Metro station. It is just eight stops into the old town area. The Airbnb itself is pristine and spotlessly clean. It is exceptionally well appointed. It has both a washing machine and a dryer which was important to us as we are travelling for 6 weeks..The area it is in is very up market and peaceful. Monkland village has lots of shops and restaurants. There is a supermarket 3 minutes walk away. This one of the best AirBnBs we have stayed in and we have stayed in a lot. We highly recommend staying here.

What a lovely stay. Plenty of room and had everything you needed in an overnight stay. A nice and quiet neighborhood which is exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend.

My daughter used to work for Airbnb and stressed the importance of renting from a Superhost. Larissa is a Superhost. I’ve stayed in her apartment three times and it’s my first choice if it’s available when I visit Montreal. Her description of the unit is extremely accurate, something I’ve found is not always the case. Highly recommended!

In Mtl. for daughter’s wedding. This, my third visit with Denstays, Louis and team provided stress free accommodation, and even arranged parking for me. The flat was comfy, and complete, and included delicious olive oil, and plenty room for wedding cake in the large fridge. ‘Little Italy’ is a vibrant neighborhood, and I felt safe walking, as a single traveler. My favorite find this time was Gema Pizza, a block away. Enjoyed a wonderful family dinner at Lundis au Soleil on Jarry E., (long walk, or Uber). Seasonal menu and celiac friendly. Recomm this property for short or for long term stay.

We stayed for three nights and were very comfortable here. There is street noise but the host left ear plugs. The Little Italy neighbourhood is very nice. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores close by. We would stay here again.

A 2nd time for us in this accommodation and we loved it just like the first time. The location is perfect, close to several services. The park and pickle ball courts are a few minutes' walk away, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The space is impeccable!

Everything was perfect! Very clean! The host really cares about our comfort. He immediately offered to turn on the heat pump even though we hadn't even complained about the heat! It's possible to cross the bridge to Vieux-Saint-Jean on foot where there are a variety of restaurants and activities to do. I highly recommend it!

Ellen was really easy to chat with and she helped us leave our bags at the apartment early with no issue. The location is great and although on a busy road it was very quiet! We would definitely recommend this to our friends for future stays! Thank you!
