We had a great week with the family in this well-equipped little house and located in a very quiet and charming gated private residence. The house was very clean when we arrived and met all of our expectations. Eve was very welcoming, accommodating and available. The house is also very well placed to discover the region, the sea is a few kms away, the Cathar castles and the Pyrenees very accessible, Spain is only an hour away. This residence is also ideal for children who can move on foot or by bike safely on foot or by bike since there is no road, as cars are parked in car parks at the entrance. If the opportunity arises, we'll happily return to Port Fitou.

Great place, clean apartment and communal areas. Very safe and secure. So close to the beach which is clean and sandy. Great restaurants nearby. We hired bikes and explored the area, great bike paths. Parking was secure and easy to find. Beatrice was so kind and helpful, meeting us at the entrance and being flexible with check in. She was on hand when we had any questions.

We had a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, Philippe gave us a warm welcome and provided lots of helpful information about the flat and the surrounding area. Communication was excellent throughout—super quick response times—and he even picked us up from the coach station, which was very much appreciated. The flat itself has a beautiful view of the sea from the balcony, and the beach is just a stone’s throw away. It had everything we needed for a self-catering holiday and more. The location is perfect—right on the beach, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and small shops nearby. There's also a lovely promenade, ideal for walks along the beach. I definitely recommend this property, and if we return to Canet-Plage, we will absolutely stay here again!

Great stay at Cécile's. The apartment is not big but functional! Absolutely nothing is missing... And it was impeccably clean. The location is ideal both for getting to the Christmas market, a 5-minute walk, and the beach, 2 minutes. Finally Cécile accepted our late and last minute arrival following a health problem with my husband. I recommend it!

Local shops within walking distance, and various activities quickly accessible by car. Stay too short to be able to do everything. The wind was part of the experience, happy to have been able to enjoy the two balconies of the accommodation and its comfortable sofa! A very nice stay with family for the Ascension, in an area full of charm and a beautiful environment that could be reminiscent of Tuscany. Vines, cypresses, olive trees, sun, outdoor dining, beautiful sheltered pool, very large and beautiful garden, a little paradise! Close to the village and abbey of Lagrasse (Le Bastion gastro restaurant!), the splendid abbey of Fontfroide, Carcassonne and the African reserve of Sigean, enough to keep the whole family busy. A beautiful memory.

The house is in the back of the complex, on the small path of the canal. It is very nice and practically renovated, has two rooms about the same size and the attic with two sleeping places. The kitchen is well equipped, there is a microwave and oven, as well as a large fridge including freezer. For us (two couples with 1 dog) it was a wonderful time, very relaxing! The surroundings are a dream, we often went hiking or cycling. The sea is nice and close and this year we got to know the small natural paradise "Petit Dosse", very close by. Cecile is very friendly, likeable, well organized and accommodating - the handover of the apartment and communication with her was very straightforward and pleasant! We would love to vacation again in this Mas!

Superb Mas located on the fishermen's island and very well equipped. The location is perfect, right next to the restaurant and pool. We'll be happy to go back!

The house is a little gem, right at the beautiful beach of Leucate. It is clean, comfortable, well equipped and has everything you need to enjoy a wonderful stay at the Midieteranian sea. Ralf and Irina are the perfect hosts, friendly, relaxed, helpful and responsive. We would come back in a heartbeat!

A cute little place in a beautiful, peaceful location on the lake. A bread van in the mornings and some evenings there was pizza or mussels in the square. 2 lovely pools, table tennis and direct access to the lake. 15-20 mins to several beautiful beaches. We absolutely loved our stay!
