I welcome you to the ground floor of my house located in the heart of the historic district of Aubusson. This is a cozy 30 m2 home with kitchen and living room. The equipped kitchen overlooks a small private courtyard. The living room can accommodate 3 people, with a 140 double bed and a single bed, Wi-Fi and TV. The ground floor bathroom is private to the accommodation but is located outside the living room, only the toilet at the entrance of the house is shared.

Need to recharge? Treat yourself to a moment of calm in our small, recently refurbished, simple and friendly cabin, waterfalls and marked trails. Ideally located 10 minutes from Lake Bariousses, 15 minutes from Treignac and 30 minutes from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy on-site tennis activities, walks in the forest or along the river, at no extra cost. You can also fish in the pond (hours and rates on carpodrome.fr).

Près du majestueux château de Villemonteix, le petit Villa Montis est une maisonnette commode et cosy idéale pour un séjour à 2. Au rez-de-chaussée, une cuisine-séjour avec un poêle à bois dans la cheminée et une petite salle d'eau avec toilettes sèches. À l'étage, une chambre-salon de 18 m2 avec coin détente. Literie neuve et spacieuse. Lit fait à votre arrivée. Petit jardin aménagé et fleuri (non clos).

Enjoy this stone house located in a 130-hectare estate with family or friends. You can take walks on foot in a relaxing setting and away from traffic, picnics outdoors as well as fishing (extra charge) on our 10 hectare pond. The accommodation is 2 minutes from the town of Gouzon (supermarket, pharmacy, Tuesday morning market, doctor...), 20 minutes from Guéret and 30 minutes from Montluçon via the N145.

The gite is a detached, authentic cottage with its own entrance and private terrace and fantastic views over the Creuse landscape. The terrace is high with undisturbed sunset views and spectacular cloudy skies. Very quiet location on a dead end road.
