Gorgeous Gite in Dordogne, Private Pool & Fibre

ValerieRating, 5 stars9 months ago
The gite was lovely and Lynn and Nicola were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we had to leave after a few days because my elderly husband had banged his head on the low doorway (despite it being labelled as low), stunned him and cut his head open. In view of his history of subdural haematoma this was worrying. And then he missed the low step into the bedroom and went flying, injuring his hand and chin. We thought it too risky to stay on but this was our problem, not the gite's. We were really sorry to have to leave. The garden was ideal for our dogs. The neighbourhood was pretty, and historic with some nice walks. We enjoyed exploring the countryside. We would not hesitate to recommend the gite although perhaps not so much for people with limited mobility.

Beautiful experience in the Maison d'Angel: the accommodation is superb, spacious and well furnished and decorated. The setting, garden and forest are very pleasant. Everything has a lot of charm: a timeless break! Excellent hosting and special touches throughout the stay from Michèle.

Le Maslicante: quiet house with pool

WilRating, 5 stars9 months ago
The accommodation was completely as expected and such that we could also - although the weather was bad - we could enjoy exploring surrounding villages and places. When it refurbished, the pool was a refreshing fixer. The Dordogne area as a whole was very interesting and varied. All in all, we thought it was a well maintained and rural quiet place from where we were able to take interesting trips.

Stylish complex - perfect for large groups upto 24

Tracey is a perfect host: welcoming, responsive, available, full of good advice and kindness. The cottages are in a quiet location with a beautiful view and a magnificent pool and outdoor areas. There is every comfort imaginable: pool towel, barbecue, plancha, table, deckchairs in number, large garden furniture... We had a great time! I recommend this ideal haven of peace for family or friends reunions

5-Story Windmill France: Panoramic, Vineyard Views

GemmaRating, 5 stars3 days ago
From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome by Andrew and Nicki. The property is spectacular, offering views over the stunning surrounding vineyards. The windmill has been renovated to a high standard, with a sophisticated and high quality finish to appliances and furniture . All amenities have been well considered and thought out, creating a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend tasing the selected wines on offer in the property! Thank you so much for having us.

Lodge on the Causse and magical view of the Dordogne

MeganRating, 5 stars9 months ago
We've stayed in some incredible places in the world and this is one of the best. It's a perfect little woodland hideaway overlooking the dordogne. Beatrice and Phillipe are so warm and welcoming. All amenities are 10/10. the whole lodge is incredible well thought-out for the perfect stay. The photos do not do it justice!
