This stunning home is located in one of the most historic & whimsical areas of St. John's, known as The Battery. Every window has awe-inspiring views that bathe the space in lots of natural light. A wonderful getaway, minutes from the Signal Hill hiking trail & interpretation centre, and a quick walk to the heart of downtown. Each of the 3 beds (1 is a futon in loft) has an ensuite bathroom (with in-floor heating), which is great for larger groups. You won't want to leave this magical place.

Churchill SQ Stunner. Close to everything!

I bought this house for its excellent location. Churchill square is literally adjacent in my backyard with plenty of parks, walking trails, grocery stores, MUN, hospitals, restaurants, coffee shops and downtown all within walking distance. The property is on a quiet street in the middle of a busy area. The area is locally known as the 'golden triangle'. I had an excellent night staying at Patrick's rental. It was centrally located so I could walk to enjoy an excellent dinner and the place itself made for a very cozy night. Patrick was incredibly responsive, providing excellent recommendations and was very accommodating. I hope to stay here again in the future!

We really enjoyed our two stays at Vijay's Airbnb room. We booked it for the first night we arrived in St. John's. Our flight was quite late, and Vijay was very accommodating of that fact, staying up to let us in and kindly carrying our luggage upstairs for us. The room was beautiful and exactly as pictured. Everything was immaculate, and the bed was large and comfortable. We left the window open, so we could hear the river murmuring outside. The bathroom is shared with the rest of the household, but that presented no problems. I imagine that is one reason the cost of this room is quite reasonable. It turned out we returned to St. John's for the last night of our trip, so we booked the room again. Altogether we were very happy with both stays, and I recommend this lovely room to anyone who is simply looking for a safe and comfortable place to lay their head.

We spent 8 days at Mark's place. It is right in the heart of St. John's, yet it's quiet and restful. It did not take long for us to feel right at home! The host, Mark, was very responsive and provided helpful instructions for our check-in, check-out, and everything in between. Having free street parking right by the accommodation was also very important and much appreciated, as we rented a car during our trip in NL. Overall, it was a great experience for us!!!!

We had a great stay at Youssef's place. Easy, flexible check-in and Youssef's directions were super clear. Parking worked out beautifully, and it was great to have a kitchen accessible, even though we were also close to so many great restaurants as well. The location was quiet but also easily walkable to everything. Highly recommended!
