The Garden Cottage

The Garden Cottage is over a hundred years old, built on a hand stacked stone foundation. It boasts a small kitchenette, mini split, tv, waterfall shower, and laundry in the renovated cold cellar. Currently, the cottage sits behind the main house, surrounded by the abundance of gardens and ancient trees. Enjoy the quietude of nature on the small patio with a cup of coffee or walk down to the bakery for a delicious cinnamon bun or the local coffee shop. Or take a jaunt to the local brewery.

Serene Lakeside Retreat

Medical Lake is a serene, non-motorized lake perfect for a relaxing or kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming. It's close proximity to Spokane makes it an ideal place to kick back and relax a bit, or hit the town for a show or night out. The revitalized downtown here offers a coffee shop that roasts their own coffee as well as shopping and restaurants to explore. Our western view over the water features beautiful sunsets nightly, perfect to enjoy from the hot tub or next to the fire.

Funky D Barnery

Come enjoy our beautiful private resort nestled next to our vineyard with breathtaking views of the sunset, sipping a glass of wine while taking a soak in the hot tub, or going full on Norwegian in the outdoor cedar sauna and plunge into the pool. Then come back inside, curl up by the wood stove and relax. We have renovated this 1906 barn into a perfect guest suite including all the modern conveniences without losing the rustic elegance of the past. Welcome to the Funky D Ranch.

Cozy Cottage

The guest house is a cozy, modern place perfect for a couple's stay in Spokane. In 2016, we gutted and rebuilt the 550 sq. ft. guest house and insulated it so it is very quiet inside. Kitchen is fully equipped. Close to popular hiking & biking trails, great restaurants, shopping, and the beautiful outdoors, you’ll love both exploring the gorgeous country views, finding the most fantastic sunrises and sunsets as well as settling into a fully-functional kitchen and cozy space.

Hughes Historical Centennial Family Farm

The Hughes Family Farmhouse is situated among the rolling hills of the Palouse, surrounded by barley, wheat, and garbanzos. It is conveniently located just one mile off Highway 195, about ½ way between Spokane and Pullman. The Farm is a recognized WA State Centennial Farm. You’ll be staying in the homestead house where the Hughes family originally homesteaded the property in the mid-1800s. Steptoe Butte and Rosalia historic sites are within easy driving distance.
