Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Saint-Jean-des-Piles

I highly recommend the place - interiors excellent, host very friendly and to the point, surroundings are serene and tranquil. Space wise, it’s not for more than 11 people in my opinion. 5 dedicated bedrooms for 2 persons each and then 1 more bedroom in the basement but the bed is wall to wall, so good enough for 1 bachelor. Really good couches but wouldn’t recommend them to sleep overnight unless you’re trying to cut on budget. Definitely didn’t feel like it’s good enough for 19 people as advertised, good that we were just 12 with a kid. In a nutshell, bet your money on it if you’re planning a peaceful vacation for 11 people. Thanks Renato!

I have no words to express my feelings for this place. I just loved it. We felt like we are just at our own home. From the entrance till top floor, everything was perfect. Patio, balcony and smart TV made it more enjoyable. The little details for every single thing was very attentive and creative. If anyone is planning to stay here, don’t think twice. You must go there. If we ever have a plan to visit Quebec, we will definitely book this place. Thank you so much for making our trip a very beautiful and memorable memory.

Cristina's house rented for 5 adults and a baby. Very clean house, quality bedding, I didn't miss anything. Cristina had everything planned to accommodate an 11-month-old baby. House very close to the river St Maurice, quiet, beautiful view. I recommend it, as described and photo.

Julien’s chalet was breathtaking. It is located in a quiet area. The design and amenities were beautiful and very welcoming. There is a gorgeous little stream near the house where you can sit and enjoy what nature has to offer. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back for more!

Once again it was a pleasure to stay in this beautiful house! Very convenient to have six bedrooms and that accepts pets! A warm and clean house! I highly recommend it!

Sylvain is a wonderful host. He is kind and friendly and very accommodating. We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful farmhouse and enjoyed the picturesque grounds. We also loved the hot tub after a day of skiing and skating!! We would love to return.

Sylvie was very welcoming and prepared the loft with music and a book of places for food. Grocery store and restaurants were an easy 5min drive and very convenient. Thank you so much Sylvie. My cousin and I had an amazing night sleep. Scenery was peaceful.

We had an amazing stay at the cottage. The place was very cozy, well equipped with everything we could need. It was even beautifully decorated for Christmas. The board games and foosball table were a nice touch. Kitchen was perfect and had everything. The power went out for a few hours one evening but we realized the place was equipped with a generator. Nice! Highly recommend and we hope to be back in the summer this time.

Fantastic cabin retreat in the fall for visiting family in the area. The river is beautiful and accessible from the dock. The stairs to the dock need repair but we were able to enjoy non-the-less. Superb rental! We hope to return someday!

Fantastic property. Exactly what we needed - serene surroundings, incredibly private and beautiful view of lake. The hot tub was such a boon. Would definitely have stayed longer if we could and we will likely return to this place when the opportunity presents itself. Highly recommend this chalet if you're visiting Shawinigan. Troix Rivière or the Saint Alexis Des Monts area.

This was such a lovely experience for me, my significant other and our two doggies! It was such a peaceful weekend. Richard was kind enough to take us down the river for a kayaking adventure! He is the kindest host. This has to be the coziest airbnb out there with beautiful scenery and such relaxing amenities. We will never forget this trip. Even the dogs were sad to leave. We spent a long weekend here and it was fantastic. The place is very well equipped and the view to the lake is terrific (especially from the spa!). The area is extremely quiet which was a great change of pace coming from the city. We will definitely mark this as a favorite and come back in the future.

Great stay in a peaceful location. The river is beautiful for a kayak excursion. The chalet is absolutely perfect and a big plus for the veranda. The dogs loved being free and being able to cool off.

Plus, the fast internet made it easy to stay connected while enjoying this serene getaway.
