The listing offered is my primary residence. Please respect the place. Quietly located apartment a 20-minute walk from the train station and Place du Martroi. Very bright, clean in a quiet residence at the foot of a park. The residence for the safety of all is equipped with video surveillance cameras (entrance hall, parking and corridors only). We arrive from the noise of the city and suddenly we discover a small shaded park, a church, a crazy charm and absolute calm, the dream! A parking space in the basement is reserved for us but also parking spaces available at the bottom of this small, brand new, very well arranged and above all very clean apartment! Everything is provided, bed linen, towels, they thought of everything, even coffee pods and laundry tablets, it's really nice. The ideal is a small balcony with table and chairs to relax and hear the tocsin and watch the priests in cassocks and sandals wandering around, it's like being in another time, it's soothing and relaxing

Very functional and well laid out accommodation, ideally located if you have an event at the "Le Manoir" hall. The accommodation is on the ground floor, and because of its exposure it is ideal in summer. During our stay the temperature was very high and we were nevertheless cool, which was very pleasant. Just a little warning: if you are a light sleeper, do not hesitate to bring earplugs because the road nearby is busy. Finally, the apartment is well-equipped, and the host is responsive to questions, which is very appreciable.
