Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Saint-Grégoire

Absolutely fabulous stay. Dinan is a beautiful town , but having the opportunity to stay in a 500 year old house on such an historic , atmospheric street as the Rue du Jerzual simply enhanced the experience. Lovely house , exactly as described in the listing. The location is perfect for walking down to the port or simply strolling in to the centre of town ( literally a few yards ) to the numerous super friendly bars and many restaurants. Communication with Tim was ideal. Super friendly and super quick response any time we needed to ask or check something with him. The whole experience - town , house , host - was a real pleasure. Very enjoyable stay. Thanks Tim.

A real slice of heaven… We loved the barn! The perfect place to relax in the middle of nature, and enjoy the surrounding cities and Mont Saint Michel without being in the middle of the crowd all the time. This little house has been renovated with great taste, it's warm and you feel so good there. It's even more beautiful than in the photos, what a surprise when you arrive in the room... The garden is beautiful and very relaxing. And the hosts are lovely. Go there without so much as a second thought!

A cute maisonette in a peaceful setting, without a car or plane. We met more birds, goats, cats and even doe than humans:-) A perfect place to recharge your batteries after shining around.

Perfect stay, the rental was as pictured and described, idyllic setting, nearby trade and Evran is a few dozen minutes from Dinan, Dinard, St Malo…. Very responsive hosts we had forgotten our high chair for the baby and some time after we had it. I really recommend this rental and we will not hesitate to invite our friends to stop by Christophe and Virginia's. 👍👍👍

The apartment is very convient to the historic district and the near-by shops/restaurants/sites. Its beautiful inside with a sheek, modern look that is a cut above other Airbnb's we've booked. The kitchen is well stocked with high end appliances and dishes that match the decor. Beds are comfortble, bathrooms clean, wonderful towels and linens, and communication with the owner coud not have been better. Check-in was a breeeze with the use of a lock box; in fact Morag allowed us to check-in early as we requested. There is one flight of stairs to the apartment and the beds and master bath are located up a flight inside. We made use of the combination washer/dryer which was very helpful as it was that point in our trip where we needed clean clothes. Overall, we could not have been happier staying here in our tour of Brittany.

What a lovely home and garden right close to all that Dinan has to offer. The river and path behind the home are lovely. They contribute to the home greatly. I found everything I needed in the kitchen and all the appliances worked well I rented Millefleurs and loved the garden. It is worth noting that the foot traffic in the apartment above the garden unit will be heard in this unit. I suppose it is a function of the building’s age (I believe it dates back to the 1600’s). I used ear plugs to counter the noise at bedtime. If no one is staying above you, you will enjoy lots of quiet solitude! I would definitely recommend this property and would rent it again. Ear plugs did work!

Great location - I would recommend for 2 people

Super small accommodation, very pleasant, very well furnished, every corner is optimized, furnished with care, you feel very good there. Quiet environment, beautiful view of the castle. The parking is a real plus, the small terrace allows you to sit quietly outside admiring the castle. Shops and restaurants nearby, everything is within walking distance. We recommend.

Had a great month in this house! Everything went very well: the house is very nice, comfortable and perfectly as advertised. Great stay with friends in the big house. Very simple and clear communication with Emmanuel. The place was very functional for 12 people. We also enjoyed the accessible games. The proximity to Dinan and even Rennes was a plus too. We would highly recommend it and will gladly come back :)

Disappointed by the last-minute announcement of an inaccessible pool. On the other hand, we found a very nice volume of living rooms for a stay of 8 adults. Quiet accommodation and close to the village of Léhon: beautiful discovery. (Abbey, castle, canal de la Rance...)

Great weekend spent with the family! (4 adults, 5 children). Virginia is a very available and kind host, the contact went very well. Concern the accommodation, it is as described: 4 clean and spacious bedrooms, functional kitchen with everything you need, games and books for children inside the house as well as outdoor games. A large land not overlooked, surrounded by fields, that gives a real kind of freedom. Wood made available for the stove or the barbecue with all the necessities to turn it on There's nothing missing from this house! The big plus: a superb indoor and heated swimming pool that made young and old happy! Thanks again to Virginia who was even accommodating until the end by shifting the checkout time so we can better organize ourselves with small children! See you soon😊.
