In a quiet location ten minutes from the ocean and three minutes from the city center of Lit et Mixe by car, our two cottages "Les Coquillages" welcome you in the green setting of our garden. Both cottages are air-conditioned, equipped with a flat screen, Wi-Fi and an independent bathroom with shower and toilet. These two-person accommodations also have an equipped kitchen area, as well as a private terrace that is not overlooked. You have access to a heated pool in the summer.

The 33m2 home is central in a small family-friendly seaside resort. The ocean visible from the terrace is 100 meters away. All amenities and leisure at the foot of the apartment. Restaurants, surf schools, supervised beach, shops, bike paths. You don't have to use your vehicle. The place is great for 4-5 people with its mezzanine and separate bedrooms and sofa bed. Quiet new house, fully fenced. 3 bedrooms (1 bed 160, 2 bed 140 and 2 mezzanine in 90). Bathroom with shower and bathtub. Air conditioning. Equipped kitchen. Covered terrace. Lake / Beach 6 km away, free shuttle in summer. Numerous bike paths. Sheets, bath towels are provided for one week stays (for less they can be provided for €20 per room). Household products are provided. There is no cleaning fee, the house must be left clean.
