great apartment and location

Very good stay. The apartment is in the basement (specified in the listing) so no surprise. Not too bad when my goal was mainly to visit the city and see friends. Pascal is great, friendly and very accommodating. The apartment was clean and as advertised. Very good. I highly recommend it!

Extremely large loft, great views from the top floor and nobody can see into your apartment. Two balconies/terraces makes it even more great. Very bright apartment, lots of sun the whole day. Very quiet at night, good sleep is guaranteed. There is a private underground car parking lot belongs to the flat. Building with elevator which goes almost directly to the apartment. Laurent is a great host, always available and helpful. Speaks fluent English. He helped us to open the door when we forgot keys inside and it happened very fast despite it was evening. Overall great experience.

I stayed for a month at Hans' wonderful studio apartment right in Central Brussels, around the corner from the Hotel Dominican and rhe Royal Theatre La Monnaie. I was visiting to see operas and some museums, sample some local beers, and enjoy people watching. You could not ask for a better location, esp if you like a colorful, and vibrating neighborhood! Despite being on a busy street, it was surprisingly quiet. The bed was wonderful. I had a wonderful view of the old spire in Grand-Place, which is lit up at night. I happened to be there during Pride and they lit it up with rainbow colors! Having laundry in the flat was a huge plus! The tantalizing smells from the boulangerie downstairs wafted up early in the morning was such a great way to wake up in Brussels. The flat is only a few minutes walk from all sorts of cultural sights and experiences, and 7 min walk from the Central Brussels metro. Will definitely book again! Thank you, Hans!

We really enjoyed our stay in Leticia's cozy apartment. She gave us a warm welcome during our check in and we felt right at home. The apartment is in walking distance to the city center and right next to a metro station, which was very convenient!

We had a great stay in the apartment in Anderlecht, with jacuzzi – everything was impeccable from start to finish. The place was clean, well furnished, faithful to the listing, and the jacuzzi was a real plus for relaxing. My wife and I were very satisfied. We had a nice, peaceful stay! The apartment was just as described and had all the essentials for a comfortable night. There was a slight musty smell when we arrived, perhaps from not being used recently, but it didn’t really affect our short stay. Everything else was great!

We felt very comfortable in Sebastien's apartment. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and we slept very well in the comfortable bed. The apartment is very well connected in terms of transport. It is also very convenient that there is a supermarket in the neighborhood.

The communication with Amin was efficient and quick, being attentive to us, which we appreciated because when you travel it is always a positive adventure, as he gave us the flexibility to leave our backpacks a little earlier, which is a great help. Sonia and Angélique are very welcoming and friendly! The stay went very well! Everyone has their own private space which is very good. i highly recommend it!

It was a beautiful building, which was equipped with all comforts. Everything was clean, which was the most important thing for us. All in all, a pleasant stay.

This is a hidden gem, we were staying here on a work trip for 11 nights and really enjoyed our stay. We were all surprised at how much better the place was than the photos and description showed. We had a lovely Comfortable stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. It was close enough to work, shops and other places we wanted to go to. The area was very quiet and felt extremely safe. Lesley was a great host with plenty of information about the house right from booking through till check in and check out, we didn’t have a need to contact Lesley during our stay but she was very responsive when we did talk even making sure that everything was okay after we had checked in to make sure we were happy and to reiterate that if there were any issues we could reach out whenever.

Pleasant and peaceful room. The presence of the fridge, microwave, coffee maker and kettle is a plus. The breakfast on offer is really nice. Close to the bus that serves the metro to Brussels in less than 30 minutes. Restaurants within walking distance from the property. Emmanuelle is a good advisor and very responsive!

I needed a place to stay for my internship for 5 months and I was having a terrible time with hosts not responding, responding incredibly late, or not even being able to answer basic questions. Until I came across Emmanuelle, who always responded quickly and very friendly. From the moment I got to her place I immediately felt at home and I couldn't have wished for a better place to stay at. She was very respectful of my privacy but also always in for a nice chat. She always keeps the place clean too. The surrounding area is also enriched with beautiful nature, and the connection to Brussels is quick and easy. Overall, I can highly recommend to stay at Emmanuelle's place.
