The area is full of little designer shops, concept stores, trendy bars and restaurants and there's a lovely market every Wednesday on the main square located 400m from the apartment. It's perfect for business traveler alone or a couple, not for people who don't share intimacy. This old house has been transformed to isolate noise from one apartment to another and it's for quiet people only. The district is quiet, the street very low traffic. the bedroom is on the garden's side. I'm living in the house.

The authenticity of the house was preserved as much as possible. When you rent Maison Marguerite entirely you dispose of the entire house. A common space with big massive table, kitchen with industral smeg oven and Liebherr fridge, wooden floor, fireplace and enough sofa seats for the whole group.
