Great stay, very friendly host, very clean and very complete accommodation, very quiet place for people looking for tranquility and super nice host. I recommend this rental, everything was perfect, would do it again.

We had a great stay in Xaintrie in the house of Marion and Laurent who are super nice, who have restored and furnished with great taste. The house has a lot of charm (it's superb, we loved it). Frankly, I've rarely had a rental of this quality on Airbnb. My friends and I from Beziers felt at home with the hosts for 4 days. The house is spacious, very well decorated and very functional. A crazy terrace overlooking the pool and a huge garden. In short, a golden opportunity to keep between us for more availability on future reservations. Great stay as I imagined: the site is very pleasant, surrounded by forests, a river, in the middle of nature with 2 pretty Salers cows nearby. The cottage is very comfortable and welcoming. Hikes around the cottage, a lake nearby and a beautiful region: a very nice vacation. Finally, a nice meeting with Graciella who welcomed us on our arrival and was there on our departure: nothing to do with the "welcome" of a key box! We chatted as if we had known each other for a long time, I really enjoyed it, thank you!

Our stay was fabulous. The house was better than it was in the photo, comfortable, nice, clean and cozy. I want to note that the pillows and blankets are extremely comfortable, which is rare. Nature is great: we enjoyed walking, fresh air, birds, BBQ and pool. The kids were a delight! Hosts are very polite, nice, and helpful. We had a very good rest, thank you!!

Warm place in a very pleasant setting. The cottage is beautifully furnished. Very comfortable for 2 people. We loved the little grass terrace just behind. Philippe is very friendly and caring. His attentions and advice were valuable. The neighbors are friendly too. As soon as we have the opportunity, we will return with great pleasure.

Very nice place, nice host and available for guests. The only downside we had was perhaps the lack of outlets in the accommodation. We didn't think of it, but we should have asked for an extension cord or a double socket.

It’s a really beautiful place that’s well placed with a good view. The hosts are really nice and are very quick to respond and accommodate to our specific needs. However, it’s missing some essentials like soap, towels and bedding. So don’t forget to get those things with you!
