Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Saint-Germain-sur-Ay

We had a very nice family stay at Géraldine's place which is ideally located: we went to the beach on foot every day and we took full advantage of the access to the heated pool as well as the bar (yummy the waffles and ice cream), the children's playground and the educational farm at the nearby partner campsite. The sunny weather only enhanced the experience. The deckchairs and garden furniture on the terrace are a real plus! As well as the many toys made available for children. They had a great time, we felt like we were at home. Not to mention the large amount of dishes made available in the accommodation. Friendly and very pleasant stay!

The house right on the sea was overwhelmingly beautiful. Very tasteful and cozy. The kitchen is very well equipped from A as Austernbrecher to Z as Zitronenpresse, everything there to cook extensively. Internet super fast ! Sufficient thought was given to sockets and strips to charge electronic devices comfortably. The pellet stove is easy to use and brings a cozy atmosphere when it storms and is cold outside. The surroundings are wonderful for hiking and cycling. Small supermarket in Quinéville. Other good shopping in Quettehou (also great organic shop!) An unforgettable vacation!

Accommodation in accordance with the description, close to several starting points for hiking or cycling. Close to Carteret Beach and close to Hatainville Beach. We had a great time with our kids. Communication with Grégoire & Amina before/during and after the stay was smooth.

The house is beautiful, perfect for a family, very spacious and equipped with all the necessary comforts. Only 50 meters from the sea, the location is ideal for enjoying the beach and the calm. Idyllic setting, 🤩a more than relaxing stay. It's green, it's calm, it's the perfect place to disconnect... It's a treat to cycle along these little country roads. Accommodation as described, perfectly equipped and impeccably clean. Recommended 👍

Great place, very well equipped! Everything is explained in a booklet and it makes life easier! Self check-in and self check-out. Close to the sea on foot, no need to take out the car! The beach parking and games overlook the garden and the house. The bar is nice (blindtest during our stay) but can be noisy in summer (?). We had a good stay in May!

We had a lovely stay. The house is small but feels large. The space is calm and very well equipped. The garden is secluded and has different elements, play, quiet and room.

Everything went very well as usual when we come to Carteret, which we love for its calm and the beauty of its landscapes. We really enjoyed the apartment, very nice, convenient, nicely furnished and decorated. 2 steps from the dunes and close to the beaches, it is a small peaceful cocoon conducive to disconnection. It's a delightful little paradise! The apartment is snug and cozy, the garden beautiful and peaceful. I had a lot of fun during the short (or sometimes longer) chats with Guy. It's clear that he is passionate about the region and has a lot to tell about it. I had a little less contact with Jocelyn, but she is very friendly as well. To be honest, I felt a bit like staying at my grandparents, which was a nice feeling. The location is perfect. A lovely hiking trail passes right in front of the door. All the 'big sights' of Normandy are in reach within a day-trip. All in all I enjoyed my time there a lot and I definitely hope to come back another time.

Beautiful apartment near the beach, large and bright. The jacuzzi is comfortable and a real plus that we really enjoyed! The large bedroom is beautiful, but the light enters in the morning through the ceiling, it is better to have a mask on the eyes if you prefer to sleep in the dark :). Be sure to read the listing carefully as well, since sheets and towels are not included and are available at an additional cost, which I found surprising (I missed the information in the listing text and did not appreciate it).

The unit is very well equipped and matches the listing. There are various very well designed spaces. The hot tub area is a real plus. Would definitely stay there again.

Superb accommodation! Clean, great location. Loads of utensils etc including tea and coffee, the flat has everything you need. No private parking but parking locally was easy, exactly as Jade had described it. Lots to do within walking distance. I would highly recommend this accommodation for enjoying Jersey!

Great accommodation, pleasant, beautiful terrace, very functional house. There were six of us and we had a great weekend. Thank you to Stephanie for her hospitality and the house is super well located at 2, rue de la mer. There were no surprises. The photos match the house well and if I go back there, I will try to get the same house again, I recommend it.

we had a very good weekend with the family for my husband's 60th birthday. Beautiful house with a very large veranda, very pleasant. The proximity to the port and shops of Barfleur is a plus. Quiet and peaceful village, I recommend it.

Very qualitative accommodation, which matches the descriptions, allowing you to have a great stay. The beds are very comfortable, the hot tub is very large and the kitchen is very functional. 2km from the beaches and cabins of Gouville, no complaints

We had a pleasant stay at Agnes's. It was a family weekend at 7 and we were like kings: the common area is great, super well suited for stays with others; each couple or person had their own private space; the terrace and its quiet garden overlooking the field in bloom is super nice! That was really cool!

Excellent stay, the house is extremely pleasant and comfortable. We traveled as a family of 10 with teenagers. The jacuzzi is very nice on the terrace, a problem with the jacuzzi, resolved very quickly by the host. The house is as well equipped as it can be at home, coffee maker, pots, cutlery and other utensils and very rare but the host has large pots for large tables.
