Splendid terrace magnificent view

Small apartment bathed in light. Confortable and snug. On the 7th (top) floor with lift/elevator. Facing south. The pretty terrace, with its magnificent view overlooking Paris, is ideal for meals and relaxation. The city's beautiful monuments can be admired at all hours of the day and night. The apartment is situated at the foot of the Sacré Coeur with the funicular railway to take you to the top of the Butte Montmartre. It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. Owing to where it is situated this charming apartment provides further advantages : - a lively neighbourhood with many shops within 5 minutes walking distance, - three nearby metro stations, Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) et Barbes-Rochechouart (line 4), for easy and rapid access to the center of Paris, the main railway stations, and other places of interest during your visit. The apartment has just undergone complete renovation and has recently been placed on AIRBNB lists. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For convenient preparation of meals all appropriate facilities are provided (refrigerator, grill, oven, induction cooker, saucepans, kettle and other kitchen utensils). The bedroom, with its double bed (140X200 cms), will enable you to sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning to a marvelous view of the Parisian sky-line. A small, secluded balcony provides an ideal setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. There is a small, well-lit bathroom with shower and toilet. The following facilities are also provided : TV, Blue-ray player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, wardrobe etc. There is also a launderette further down the street. We should be happy to assist in providing any further information that might be required (what to do, what to see etc). We are eager to welcome our first visitors and obtain feedback on their stay.

In one of the small streets behind the church Saint Germain des Prés, in a house built in 1650, a cosy two-bedrooms-space is waiting for you. One bed is 180cm large, the other one 160cm. Two toilets, one bathroom with an extra large shower. I lovingly renovated and refurbished this historical place. It’s calm and charming, with old stones and wooden beams. Highly recommend! I had a wonderful stay. The place was exactly as pictured, the location is excellent with easy access to metro, buses, shops, and everything you may need. The rental company sent a team to meet us and to let us in. Once inside they went over everything and made sure we were okay with the apartment. The apartment is roomy, well decorated, pristine and very livable. The location is near everything you would need: grocery stores, a pharmacy, shopping and restaurants. You are within walking distance to the Notre Dame, The Parthenon, St Chappell, etc. we loved the apartment and how comfortable it all is. The instructions were written out for all the appliances, so there was no guessing. It was an apartment that one could easily see living in. It was that comfortable.

Emmanuel's apartment is a carefully renovated, sleekly designed space in walking distance in any direction to major cultural sites: Luxembourg Gardens, the beautifully restored Notre Dame, Ste. Chapell, the Louvre, Musee D'Orsay, Pompidou Center and the Marais. Well-insulated casement windows creates a consistently quiet space even though the apartment is in a lively area of St. Germain. The windows opened to views overlooking historic Parisian Haussmann apartments and the trees of Boulevard St. Germain des Pres. Superb bus (now mostly electric) and Metro public transport lines right outside the door made it super convenient to move about Paris. The ground floor cafe has a GREAT "petit dejeuner". Emmanuel has a full stock of aluminumn recyclable coffee pods (an mix of Costa Rica & Expresso) for the easy-to-use Nespresso coffee machine (a Nespresso store is only a 5-minute walk for your favorite flavors). Loved the shower. A great oasis to return to after as you discover Paris.

Marie was a lovely host. she was very proactive in communicating and very responsive. She provided me the opportunity to drop my bag off while cleaning was completed. The apartment was fantastic, newly renovated, clean, bright and airy - above the Hermes store for those who are brand conscious! The location is amazing, Bon Marche just a block away and close to the Luxembourg Gardens. Was the perfect place into explore the best of Paris. Thank you Marie!!

Great stay in the heart of Paris. The accommodation offered is good and really looks like the photo. Small downside, the curtain is not blackout, the street light illuminates the studio at night...but of course I recommend it 100%
