Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Saint-Génis-des-Fontaines

We had a wonderful stay. The road to the house is difficult to get to with a big car but nevertheless worth it for the beautiful views, the peace and quietness and the excellent house.

Wonderful opportunity to stay in a rare gem of a village. Location is stunning and the house has all you need. We were very comfortable and rhe Internet worked well for work calls we had. We hope to return to Castelnou!

A peaceful and private place at the end of the old village, shops and restaurants can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. A large, beautiful wooded garden with views of the gazebo. The outdoors and surroundings are really fabulous. The house is large and properly equipped. Difficult to sleep upstairs when there are hot weather. It's the only small hitch in this really great stay. Thanks to Henrik for hosting us.

Very pleasant stay. We were in Joch for a wedding, we really appreciated the proximity to the party hall. We ended up spending little time in the accommodation but it was very nice. We appreciated that there were several bathrooms because there were 5 of us and to get ready for the wedding, it was very convenient. Thanks to Vincent and Natasha for their responsiveness and all the information provided in advance, it's really useful!

We had a great time. The accommodation is beautiful, very clean and the host is very responsive. If we return to this area one day, we would be happy to stay there again.

We loved Olivier and Sophie's home. It was exactly as we pictured it—very simple accommodations in a beautifully pristine setting. It's definitely for rustic relaxationers (prepare to make your own fire for heat in the winter, which to us added to the place's authenticity). Olivier and Sophie were also very accommodating with our two dogs, who loved the setting and couldn't wait to be outside. The town is nearby, with solid restaurants. And if you take an hour or so drive into the mountains, there are a number of picturesque towns to visit. If you prefer to head in the other direction toward the coast you will find two of the most beautiful French beach towns in Colliure and Port-Vendres, also about an hour away. We want to go back to Olivier and Sophie's place again, this time in the summer. One more thing—over the bed is a skylite and on clear nights you can see all the stars in the sky. Beautiful.

Beautiful charming house, spacious and functional. We were 7 travelers and appreciated that there were 5 large rooms with air conditioning. In the house, you will find all the most commonly used household appliances. The garden is very well positioned and allowed us to eat under shelter. The pool was very nice, especially since it was heated when the temperatures were low on some days. The house is located in a beautiful landscape and a very peaceful place. We had a very good week and Alexia is a very responsive and welcoming person.

Listing exactly matches the description. Very quiet neighborhood (late May). The underground parking space is very appreciable, especially in hot weather. Beaches accessible on foot by a promenade overlooking the sea. We were lucky to have the community pool to ourselves because it was a period with few people. The terrace with plancha and barbecue was exceptional and very large. Enrique was very responsive and gave us all the information for a good arrival. I recommend this accommodation without hesitation, it is perfect for a family with children.

We had a lovely stay in Lindas beautiful apartment in Port Vendres. The floor has beautiful(!!) tiles and the apartment is very nicely decorated - with an amazing view of the port. It is very calm and quiet, a lovely place where you can walk to the Beach or go on nice hikes. There are many restaurants close by the apartment, so it is easy to go out for dinner in the evening. We also made dinner in the apartment, which was easy due to a very well equipped kitchen. Linda was very warm and friendly, and made our stay very pleasant. We hope to come back soon!

The space was spotless and well-maintained. The apartment was impeccably clean, better than expected. Communication was excellent, and Myriam was always available to answer our questions. The location was perfect for exploring the city. We'll be back as soon as we can.

Marina's Accommodation in Reynés is very charming, comfortable and very clean. It is located in an amazing place and surrounded by nature! Marina was very kind at all times. Highly recommended!

Quiet accommodation by day and very quiet by night. It's well equipped. It is close to several hiking trails. What to do absolutely that of La Chapelle. It's not easy but it's definitely worth it. Several shops (bakeries, restaurant, butcher shop, convenience store...) are close to the studio and about 1km5 there is a Lidl. The thermal baths are reached by foot, approx. 400m. For the spa, it is advisable to book beforehand. Thanks to Jérôme for his welcome, his tips for visits to the premises and the bottle of fluffy white😉

We had an absolutely perfect week in Collioure in Agnès and Cédric's accommodation, with the sun as a bonus! The apartment is very nice, beautifully decorated and with everything we needed. The rooftop terrace is a real plus, and quiet while you are in the city center. Thank you and Estelle for the welcome!

Beautiful villa with all the essentials for a great stay. High-quality Jacuzzi and sauna. Beautiful pool. Pool table, ping pong table and barbecue. The house is prettier than in the photos. The view from the terrace is superb. Esther welcomed us very warmly and explained everything there was to know to enjoy the amenities of the house. We arrive, we put down our suitcases and we enjoy. The village center, a 2-minute walk away, is beautiful. Bars, restaurants, grocery store. You can find everything on site. We also tried the Futogolf experience nearby. Fun for football fans😅. We will definitely come back to enjoy Esther's beautiful family home.

Nadine and Jean-Paul are welcoming hosts. In all simplicity. Thank you for the good little rosé of the country😉 We were in their house for a family reunion; 6 adults, 2 children and 2 dogs. We took advantage of the outdoor space under the oak tree for meals. Some small outdoor arrangements (embellishment, deckchairs, etc.) should be expected.

A wonderful house, very private due to the enclosed garden. Nice spaces and very well equipped in every way. The kitchen was also very nice. Children are also visibly welcome. Very welcoming reception and clear communication. We felt right at home and enjoyed it very much!

We stayed with Blanche for just over four weeks as a base to get around the surrounding area. All I can say is that Blanche, our host was an absolute star. Firstly she allowed us to check in earlier than scheduled. We had several issues during the course of our stay, firstly our dog was really poorly and Blanche helped us with that and also organised our veterinary visit for the journey back to the uk. We had car problems as well which Blanche attended to help us through the language barrier. She was so helpful at all times, the welcome gifts were stunning and then as we left she presented us with lovely cherries and fresh apricots, grown locally. Super host, superstar!! Thankyou Blanche

We came for the weekend as a family, and we had a pleasant time. Hyper responsive hosts before our arrival, clear instructions, good welcome. The house is large and we were able to enjoy the pool and the fenced garden. Not overlooked around the house. I recommend it.

We had an amazing moment at the villa, environment is peaceful and we can’t really get tired of that fantastic view !
