Sophie's house is great, comfortable, very clean and beautifully decorated. It is very well equiped with everything you need to settle in quickly, cook nice meals and relax in the house or outside on the lovely patio. The setting is beautiful right beside the river in a quiet residential part of Palavas. Its a quick walk to food, souvenir and clothes shops, markets, great restaurants and the beach. Sophie was a helpful host and we really enjoyed our visit.

We were only there for two night but it was an amazing stop on our travels and truly a hidden gem. Linda was an amazing host who worked with us beautifully on our changing arrival time and gave us a great run down of the property when we arrived. Would absolutely stay again! Thank you Linda!

Our villa was amazing. Such a lovely place for us to stay with our family of ten. Very spacious bedrooms. Great outside area to bbq and have evening meals. The atmosphere there is really great. It is very quiet and feels like it is in the middle of nature. Nevertheless, the great bakery, a small supermarket and a nice restaurant are within a five-minute walk. The vintage style of the furnishings and the garden with two terraces and a pool make the stay perfect. The pool is even bigger than it looks in the pictures. Lézan is very rural but well suited as a starting point for excursions. Fabrice's tips and hints were very helpful. We felt very comfortable there and there is everything you need for a vacation. Be sure to visit the organic winemaker next door and buy wine!

Accommodation is even better than in the photos! Beautiful ceiling height in the living room, the beds are comfortable (even the bunk beds). The pool is great and the garden furniture is very nice. There were 9 of us and we had a great stay. Only small downside: the fridge had been lowered by the previous guests which made us lose our small ice cream in the freezer😢!

Thomas is an exceptional host, responsive to all requests, kind, smiling as well as his wife. We had a very pleasant stay, the kitchen is very well equipped, the villa has all the criteria for a great vacation, the garden is a green oasis with a pool that we enjoyed. Melanie's house is a very pleasant place to stay and discover the region. The accommodation is very clean and very well arranged, we are comfortable there. The house is located high up in a very quiet neighborhood of Lézan. View of the hills of the Cévennes with superb sunsets! We had a period of high heat but the house keeps the cool so very well insulated. In winter, the large bay windows should let the sun in and make the living room very cozy. Otherwise it is air-conditioned but we did not need it. And then, the pool and its very well organized garden!!! In short, we had a very pleasant week discovering the region and enjoying the rental!

We had a pleasant stay. Bénédicte contacted us well in advance to ask what we needed (bed, children's chair, etc.). She was always reachable and I could count on her! Bénédicte also sent videos to explain how to use appliances. The welcome was warm: visit the house, welcome basket was waiting for us and we had ideas for excursions. The villa matches the photos. Our kids loved the pool and the games room! The airco in the rooms was perfect for spending the night cool.

Romain's accommodation is a haven of peace located in the beautiful Montpellier hinterland. Close to the city and medieval villages, hills, the beach or wilder swimming spots, it's the perfect place to please everyone. As far as the welcome is concerned, I did not have the chance to meet Romain, but he was extremely available by phone to make our stay easier from every point of view. I thank him warmly.

For a residential setting it was peaceful day and night. The house was so well equipped for relaxing, reading, cooking, swimming, yoga - we slept so well and had a wonderful 10 days. In a great location to visit other cities from and so close to the beach - we had a car which is essential to get about to see everything from city centre to beach and night life.

Lovely garden, great size pool, fabulous outdoor seating area. Traditional rustic farmhouse interior. Sebastien was a friendly and welcoming host who recommended great local places to visit and was very responsive to any queries. A car or a bicycle is essential. Wonderful bird life.

The villa was perfect for our family holiday with three children under three! The outside area is beautiful. The pool provided lots of amusement, there was everything we needed with travel cots, a high chair and a very well stocked kitchen with everything you could need! The location is lovely - a safe residential area in walking distance to bakeries and the park. As well as plenty to do within a short drive.

This house is a dream! We had a very nice time here. The house is in a very quiet environment. The garden, pool and all the amenities in the house are perfect. Nothing is missing, it is especially great with children, because it has many great toys and much more (changing table, high chairs, learning tower, baby and crib). The house is very nice and lovingly furnished, so you feel very comfortable right away. Everything is very clean and the rooms have plenty of storage space. We definitely recommend this house! Communication with Maxime was very easy. He is very friendly and always responded very quickly.
