Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Saint-Gatien-des-Bois

Das airbnb hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Die Wohnung an sich ist top und genau wie beschrieben. Dank vieler Fenster ist auch das Dachgeschoss an warmen Tagen kein Problem, abends zieht es gut durch und wird angenehm kühl. Von der Haustür bis in die Wohnung muss man einige Treppen steigen und einen etwas holprigen Gang entlang, mit schweren Koffern also ein bisschen mühsam, aber trotzdem easy machbar! Die Lage ist optimal (etwas laut mit dem Verkehr vor der Straße bei offenen Fenstern, aber nicht sonderlich störend) mit Bäcker und Markt direkt nebenan. In knapp 10min ist man außerdem am Strand und die Umgebung ist sehr gut zu erreichen. Für uns ein toller Ausgangspunkt, um die Côte d‘Albâtre zu erkunden, würden wiederkommen!

Nous avons adoré ce havre de paix, la piscine et le jacuzzi sont un vrai plus malgré la proximité de la mer, nous reviendrons dans un des autre gîtes du domaine en famille, c’est sur !

Logement propre et accueillant. Nous étions 4 amis présents pour le marathon de Deauville. Petite alerte plus pour les marathoniens suivants : la course passe devant la résidence, impossible de sortir pour nous rendre au depart en voiture. Prévoyez donc de partir plus tôt ou alors de prévoir un échauffement de 4km ☺️. Rien à redire sur la qualité du logement. Je recommande sans hésiter

Le logement correspond parfaitement à la description. Immeuble moderne, prestations de qualités, place de parking sécurisé, salle de fitness. Il est très bien situé (quelques minutes à pied du centre ville), restaurant à proximité, magasins. L’hôte est très agréable et réactif; communication excellente. L'arrivée a été facile et les instructions ont été très claires.

Wonderful place to stay in Caen, beautiful and spacious apartment. Very peaceful due to double glazing. Fantastic location, in walking distance to dozens of restaurants and shops, waterfront bars and Caen Castle. Would definitely stay here again.

petit logement mais fonctionnel Arthur est réactif au message arrivé avec linge de toilette mis sur le lit je recommande cette appartement juste à côté de la mer merci Arthur pour ceux week-end

Très jolie location, propre et bien décorée, avec des extérieurs très agréables et bien entretenus. Très bonne communication avec Hélène et Frédéric qui sont très réactifs. Nous avons passé un très bon week-end, merci !

Le logement est très bien situé (rdc) et vous avez tout ce qu'il vous faut à l'intérieur avec un petit + sa petite terrasse ouverte. Rien à dire... Sinon Thérèse et Daniel sont très réactif pour tout renseignement complémentaire.

Nice apartment, location is ideal, on the 2nd floor with no lift. It was a different appartement from the photos (looks like they have 4) but we’ll equiped and similar. It a quiet location very central and was clean

We visited from the US and were taken back by the beauty of this little gem. The house is beautiful, peaceful, quiet and so charming. It is very secluded so beware, without a car you are stuck “in the middle of nowhere”. We had a friend driving us around so that made it just a place to sleep. She left us breakfast outside our door in the morning which was eggs, yogurt, a baguette and a couple of croissants. The hosts are SO kind and helpful and speak decent English to help make your stay great.

Great place. Very clean. In a good location with a convenience store very close by. Lots of restaurants within 10 minutes walking distance. Madalen was very friendly and helpful. Overall, very good value for money.

Séjour écourté pour des raisons personnelles. Cependant hôte très réactif et facilement joignable. Logement bien situé dans la ville de Caen et fidèle à la description. Je recommande.

La location est superbe tout ce qui est inscrit est bien réel Très calme pas loin de la mer cet….

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Nicole : très grande, avec tous les équipements nécessaires (si vous aimez cuisiner, vous trouverez tout ce qu'il vous faut) ; esprit maison de famille, avec de nombreux livres et jeux à disposition, toute décorée et confortable, avec un très grand jardin magnifique et bien entretenu. Le Domaine est un vrai bonheur, dans la forêt, avec des équipements dont nous avons profité, comme la piscine intérieure chauffée, les courts de tennis et le "château". L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter la région : 25 minutes de Deauville ou de Cabourg, 45 minutes du Mémorial de Caen, et un peu plus pour voir les plages du débarquement. Nous recommandons vivement la maison de Nicole pour des vacances pas tout à fait comme les autres, dans un cadre très privilégié :)

Brigitte's home is lovely. We are a family of 10, 6 adults and 4 teenagers celebrating a special birthday and anniversary. The house was perfect for us. The location was peaceful with open views of fields from the garden. The pool was amazing, we all enjoyed fun times in there. The Sauna was very much appreciated after the activities in the pool. We also enjoyed the Football and Table Tennis and the bikes. We biked to Merville where there are a few shops including a bakery. We also enjoyed a bike ride to Pegagus Bridge and The Battery at Merville. The house is perfectly located for D Day beaches and other historical sites. The kitchen was very well equipped and loved cooking on the BBQ. It was lovely meeting Verione who was waiting to greet us at the house. We all had a fantastic holiday. Thank you. Anne

Great stay! House was just as described and in the perfect location it was very secure with gated access. Nelly is a fantastic host, very quick to respond to messages and greeted us on arrival to show us around. Nice touch to include some DVDs, we had a few evenings watching the classic war films provided. Rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook any meal! 5 mins walk to the beach/town which has a safe atmosphere, great bakery for morning croissants Clair de Lune (5 Bd Gilbert Longuet) and very friendly pub The Mary Celeste (5 Rue Colonel René Michel) for an evening drink. Ideal location to visit the Normandy D-Day beaches and museum due to it central location on Gold Beach all others are less than an hour’s drive (Juno Beach 20 mins, Omaha 30mins, Sword Beach 40 mins, Utah 50 mins) and the lovely town of Bayeux only 15 mins away, where there is a large supermarket and the famous tapestry.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La maison est très confortable et bien décorée. Enfin la maison est bien située, très centrale pour rayonner dans les différents villages.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end du 8 mai entre amis dans la jolie longère normande de Pascal, sous un beau soleil. Très bon accueil de sa part, avec horaires d'arrivée et de départ flexibles. Environnement verdoyant et calme. Gîte très propre, conforme aux photos et sa situation est idéale pour visiter les jolies stations balnéaires normandes. Nous recommandons vivement.
