We had a lovely weekend at Sarah's. The house is superb, the bedding very nice and there is all the equipment in the kitchen for those who enjoy cooking! A weekend is almost not long enough to fully enjoy the house and the things to do in the area.

Two weeks in paradise! Maison UMI is a dream. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by its beauty, charm, and tranquility. The house is immaculate. A perfect mix of rustic elegance and modern comfort. Every room is bright, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully appointed, making it a peaceful place to unwind. The pool was a highlight. Pristine, sun soaked, and surrounded by idyllic countryside views. We spent hours floating and relaxing under the blue sky. In a huge secure garden which our mini dachshund enjoyed exploring safely. The location is superb: nestled in picturesque countryside, yet just a short drive from charming villages. With Shops and supermarkets also close by for anything you need. Our host, Sanouchka, was exceptional, warm, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful, making us feel more like guests in a friend’s home. Bonus delight: adorable geese at the end of the garden added a touch of whimsy. Maison UMI isn’t just a stay, it’s an unforgettable experience.

We had a great weekend with friends. The welcome was warm and very friendly, and the house perfectly matched our expectations: spacious, well-equipped and very pleasant to live in. A big thank you to Xavier for his availability and hospitality!

Francois made us feel at home straight away, his English was good although we like to communicate in French. He showed us his lovely home which was more like a lived in home than a Airbnb. Which made it much more homely. There were some lovely touches like goodies on the table for us. There was plenty of outdoor space although the weather was rather chilly. Francois provided good bikes which were in the barn next door along with a ping pong table and barbecue. There was a local village 2.5 K away with a fabulous Boulangerie, and the town of Verneuil sur Avre nearby which was stunning!

Beautiful cottage, beautiful surroundings! Everything you need is in this cottage! Felt right at home! Would definitely recommend if travelling in Normandy!

The only small downside is the road not far from the house that disturbs the peace a little. Beautiful old house in the pretty countryside of Perche.

Very nice accommodation, with very charming decoration. The bedding is very good for beautiful peaceful nights. The very friendly host knows the expectations of guests well and does everything to make the stay high quality. Thank you.

We had a great stay, accommodation consistent with the description and photos and redone with a lot of taste. The little extra: children's games (indoor and outdoor) that are accessible during the stay.

The cottage fully met our expectations. I would say that the place is even better than the photos, especially the surrounding area, which Peter and Sandrine and their children take care of with love. Excellent hosts, beautiful place in the countryside, amazing accommodation with all the amenities and tasteful decoration. Highly recommend!!

We had four very nice days. The tastefully decorated house and garden are great to stay in. In the village (within walking distance) there is a cozy atmosphere, there are two good bakers and a nice small supermarket Tours through the beautiful landscape, a visit to the flea market in the village and the Saturday market with local products make this stay complete! In short: Nomade la Sapience is highly recommended!!

Beautiful property and surroundings and an amazing host! We had to change our plans at the last minute due to a family illness.Hélène was emphatic and went over and above to accomodate a new date. We will definitely stay again if travelling through the area and would recommend to anyone. Thank you Hélène for being so warm with us it means a lot!

We had a wonderful time at the gîte in! It was clean, cozy, and well-equipped — perfect for a family getaway. The kids loved the spacious garden, and we enjoyed relaxing on the terrace with beautiful countryside views. The location is great for exploring Normandy while offering a peaceful retreat. Friendly hosts and thoughtful touches made our stay even better. Highly recommend for families — we’d love to return!

Very nice house... It's very pleasant to spend a moment in this place... We really enjoyed the large dining room with the bay windows and the rest of the house. The garden is great and the calm of the surrounding countryside allows you to recharge. One inconvenience, a very small refrigerator with a shelf already filled and a full freezer... Little room to store our weekend food for 11 people.

Cozy lodge with lots of space, privacy and beautiful views. Our dog loved the large lawn around it. We enjoyed the terrace in front of the lodge overlooking rolling meadows. The house has all the comforts. Nice beds and well-equipped kitchen. We were there for a stopover on our trip but you can easily spend a lot of nice time here with a family. The surroundings are rural and beautiful. The host is friendly, welcoming and quick to respond.

I highly recommend you choose this beautiful house. This experience was perfect from start to finish. Laura is a wonderful host, always available and attentive. The house is simply perfect, the games inside and outside made our children happy. The house was clean and perfectly tidy. All amenities were functional. Thanks again to Laura for letting us spend such a nice time in this little gem.

a great stay spent with 5 friends, Michel is very kind and seeing our average age (20 years) was very flexible on what we could do in the evening within reason and with respect for the neighborhood of course.

A gem, we made a stop halfway on our return and what a nice surprise this old mill renovated with taste. The cottage is beautifully renovated with quality, we slept as 5, 2 adults and 3 children. The fireplace had been on before we arrived to avoid being too cold. We'll be back without hesitation We recommend this place, in the peaceful countryside, by the river, for lovers of the letting go, not much network

We didn't have the chance to meet Jocelyne and her husband but their friend who welcomed us was lovely. The property is beautiful, we were able to dine outside and enjoyed the coolness in the house. Jocelyne regularly checked in with us. We are delighted with our stay in the Perche, which is a beautiful region. The new restaurant in Réveillon (Sauge) is worth discovering, especially the bistro formula at noon.

Long, quiet weekend in the countryside. Very quiet. Pleasant house inside and out. Perfect for a weekend with friends.

Excellent stay. The house is very comfortable, the bedding is quality. Beautiful views of the bocage Camille's dad was very responsive to deal with the little problems of electomenager. We were able to eat good fresh eggs as we watched the spring hatch day after day.
