A good lodge location to tour Normandy if you have a car. I like the small private yard and green surrounding. The unit was equipped well with all essentials. The wash machine is a plus. Very easy to communicate with Julie. Thanks for the great hosting!

We were pleasantly surprised by the little community there and especially the restaurant when we arrived rather late. Our hosts were very accommodating and pleasant. We would definitely rebook.

We are delighted with our stay at this property. The house is spacious, well laid out, with several bathrooms and we were able to enjoy it without stepping on each other (6 adults and 6 children including 2 babies). The accommodation is clean, many amenities are offered (2 high chairs, a baby bath, a washing machine, a dryer, deckchairs, books, etc.). The exteriors are also perfectly maintained, with a large, fully enclosed plot. It is ideally located, close to the city center of Dives and a short half-hour walk from the city center of Cabourg. Regarding the hosts, 5/5 as well: available, responsive and accommodating! We'll be happy to go back!

Our stay was wonderful. The hosts were warm, inviting and responsive. The house was spacious, great kitchen space, great pool/jacuzzi in the heated room. Comfortable rooms and bathrooms. The grounds were beautiful. Our children enjoyed playing with the chickens and the trampoline. We would stay there again.

We were allowed to spend 16 days with our 2 dogs in the beautiful house of Severine. It is well equipped and quietly located. Severine was a very nice and helpful hostess. She always brought us little things like cherries, a cake or pastries. The house is also well located to visit many attractions in the area. We and our 2 dogs felt very comfortable and were able to relax very well

Beautiful home in a perfect setting for a family stay in the sun. The outdoor spaces are very nice, the house is well appointed and warm. We immediately feel at home. A big thank you to Aurore for hosting, fluid communication and flexibility.

Nadège greeted us with a smile and availability for our questions about the area. The accommodation was perfectly clean and we appreciated the little attention for our dog, carpets, installed bowls, and small cookies, among other things... Room nicely decorated by the choice of bed linen and very comfortable mattresses. Singing birds at the rendezvous and green environment and very appreciable . There was nothing missing. We were able to have our breakfast outside, the sunny weather made our weekend perfect. Nadège and her husband are great and discreet people. We will stay at this lovely estate again!

Françoise and her husband welcomed us very well, they are very attentive to the well-being of their guests. Their house is very well equipped with high quality furniture and equipment. The house is very well decorated, their garden is beautiful, I have rarely had this quality in an Airbnb. I recommend them ++++ Congratulations and thank you for your attention.

We had a wonderful romantic weekend. Sab is very welcoming, the cottage is tastefully decorated, the view is superb and the jacuzzi is very nice :)

We were very well received by Laeticia and her family. Whether at the accommodation, or during the farm visit. No less than two hours to see their cows, the milk production process, etc. The accommodation was perfect for our large group of friends with children, quiet, and with all the necessary amenities. Awesome stay in this cute house! So so clean with lovely linens. Great kitchen set up- we loved the juicer for orange pressé! Amazing having the gym and used badminton rackets for some evening fun. Really easy to get to a little town for bread and croissants, vegetables and even a mini market. We visited Bayeux, Deauville and Honfleur really easily and it was lovely to come out of the towns and back to this house! Thank you- we loved it!!

Amazing place to stay, lovely owner and beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Relatively close to a lot of touristic sites if you are by car. Would love to stay another time, we enjoyed our time here so much!

Nice house in a lovely, albeit quite rural location (as many places are in Normandy). The place is still a “work in progress), in that there is work going on to further develop the garden and grounds, but the house itself is great. It suited our needs perfectly - three nights for four of us, attending a family party, at a cheaper price than a B&B would have been. Alexandre was excellent in communicating with use

Two weeks in paradise! Maison UMI is a dream. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by its beauty, charm, and tranquility. The house is immaculate. A perfect mix of rustic elegance and modern comfort. Every room is bright, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully appointed, making it a peaceful place to unwind. The pool was a highlight. Pristine, sun soaked, and surrounded by idyllic countryside views. We spent hours floating and relaxing under the blue sky. In a huge secure garden which our mini dachshund enjoyed exploring safely. The location is superb: nestled in picturesque countryside, yet just a short drive from charming villages. With Shops and supermarkets also close by for anything you need. Our host, Sanouchka, was exceptional, warm, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful, making us feel more like guests in a friend’s home. Bonus delight: adorable geese at the end of the garden added a touch of whimsy. Maison UMI isn’t just a stay, it’s an unforgettable experience.
