3:10 to Dragoon studio cabin is only 1 hr east of Tucson and 3 miles off the I-10 in the tiny town of Dragoon. Our property borders trust land w/unobstructed mountain views. We are near the Willcox Wine Trail, Cochise Stronghold, and Chiricahua Nat'l Monument. The cozy cabin is equipped with an outdoor hot shower, cassette toilet, heat/ac, kitchenette and double bed. This is glamping at its finest in Cochise country! (At 4600' elevation, we are 10-15 degrees cooler than Tucson or Phoenix!)

"Tree of Life" 1 BR guest house with laundry rm.

This is a cute guest house in the heart of Cochise county. We are near Tombstone, Bisbee, Sierra Vista, Benson and Kartchner caverns. The house is neat and clean. It contains all of the amenities needed for your enjoyment. Saint David is generally 5 to 10 degrees cooler than Tucson and Phoenix. We have two A/C - Heater units to keep the temperature inside at your comfort level. We now have a laundry room available. Golf clubs available to use at nearby golf courses.

The Casita sits up above Sulphur Valley at 4400', much cooler temps, over looking Cochise Stronghold and the Dragoon Mountains. Secluded, and views galore. Chirachua National Monument, Whitewater Preserve, Fort Bowie, Willcox, good food, wineries, old western town. If you have horses, we have accommodations on our other property for them . We have rented a few places for a weekend out of town, and as much as we enjoy a much needed break and a change of pace, there was just something that has always made us look forward to coming back to our own space. This was the first time we did not want to leave! Sarah was such a great host. Reaching out to welcome us, checking in on us to make sure we had all we needed, and making sure Barley didn't overstay his welcome--which he didn't, made us feel so comfortable in their space. But often we would just come and go as if we were the only ones there. I can't say enough about how well equipped the casita is with anything and everything you could possibly need. My husband says if we would have known we would not have packed half of the stuff we brought. We not only had an amazing time, we met some great people. Thank you again for everything!

This place is beautiful and the hosts have maximized every inch of space. The guest suite was clean and furniture comfy. Host was responsive and even brought us out skewers when we forgot to get some. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. P.S. Host offers breakfast for a reasonable price and it was delicious every day. A must try if you don’t feel like cooking!!

Maxine and her husband Chad were super hosts. The property is one of the more unique places Kim and I have stayed. We had a wonderful casita that was furnished. Super comfortable. Chad was very helpful with hiking in the area. This was our primary reason to go there. Breakfast was prepared by Maxine each morning and was delicious. The eggs were provide by the chickens they keep on property. Kim and I will definitely be back.

Absolutely loved staying a long weekend here at Anna’s. Beautiful surroundings. Comfortable house. Excellent birds and wildlife viewing. We’ve visited the Patagonia area several times before and typically explore the area attractions and nature preserves but this trip we stayed put and enjoyed our entire visit on Anna’s property. It had everything we were hoping for for this trip down from Colorado.

This was a perfect place to unwind and enjoy nature. We woke to birds chirping each morning. The RV is under a metal cover that protects it from the sun, but the A/C and heat, (it’s chilly at night in the desert), both worked great. There is a locked gate to open and close in the driveway, but that added a sense of security. We appreciated how clean everything was. We had a great stay.

Highest recommendation! Wonderful home, garage door opener made it easy to use the garage to park the car. Convenient to attractions and also a lovely country setting. Definitely would stay here again.
