Located in a peaceful, almost town-like residential area, yet incredibly convenient for getting into the heart of Paris. We booked this place exactly for that reason, and it didn’t disappoint. The little balcony is really nice.

The apartment is very nice with a personal flair, you feel like home! The mattress in the lower bedroom is exceptionally good! We had a great night's sleep and felt very comfortable! The location is perfect for visiting the castle and Paris! Great for arriving by car! In about 8 minutes walk you are at the RER station, which goes directly to the Eiffel Tower. Communication with Ghislaine was very quick and friendly. We were allowed to check in early! Great stay!

this is a wonderful apartment! olivier was kind, helpful and very responsive. i would absolutely stay here again. it's in the cutest neighborhood with great restaurants. it's very accessible to get anywhere by train/ bus, and a quiet, beautiful (not touristy) part of the city.

Lovely apartment in a great location.

Accommodation rented for 4 days/3 nights for 4 people for a professional event at Porte de Versailles. Listing matches photos. The 3 individual bedrooms are a plus among colleagues. Housing located in a basement, so it was cool inside even with 34 degrees outside during the day. Pleasant terrace, and quiet street. Yohan and his team were very welcoming and responsive when we had questions. We will certainly rent this accommodation again for a future show if it is available!

We stayed 1 night with our 3 children, the accommodation was impeccable, the sheets were super clean and smelled good! The place is quiet and cozy, the decor neat and the amenities and equipment are not lacking! We'll be happy to go back!! And we recommended it to those around us. Camille

I had a good stay in this accommodation because it was pleasant due to its cleanliness, the location... Everything was perfect from start to finish. The environment is quiet, so pleasant.

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

It was excellent, the area is very quiet, quiet neighbors. At first, the building gives you the impression of being abandoned, but inside the apartment everything changes. The apartment has the necessary amenities for the stay. My family and I were very happy. Linda recommended a subway app that was super useful, we always arrived at the apartment excellent.

Fleury was quick to respond to messages, met us at the entrance and showed us the apartment. It had everything we needed and is in a good and quiet neighbourhood and very close to the metro (M14). The apartment is located in a multicultural area, with international food restaurants. The apartment is very close to subway terminals, which makes it very easy to get around the city. Vicent is extremely friendly and was waiting for us to welcome us and help us with our luggage. I must also mention that the apartment is fully furnished. Thank you Vicent for your hospitality
