Nice spacious pool house with modern feel.The crocodile (statue) in the floor is a cool feature and the area is super nicely located at the river Marne with lots of walking and cycling space. Playground and little cafe in the park within a few hundred metres. Very convenient for travel into Paris by RER. Bakeries and supermarkets all in walking distance. You stay on owners property which is just stunning and has parking too. Friendly hosts that are very responsive.

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. The contact with Christelle was very friendly and pleasant from the beginning. The apartment is beautiful, I walked a lot with enthusiasm and enjoyed the area, it was especially nice to walk to the city center of Saint-Germain-en-Laye. A beautiful art market, decorated with love for detail, small shops and cafés make the place very charming and beautiful. The apartment was renovated with a lot of effort, very nice and I felt right at home. Thank you, dear Christelle, for everything! Especially the beautiful view of the garden and the lots of greenery were a treat! A great apartment, a beautiful location and a very nice, helpful landlady - highly recommended! Kaltrina's place was great to stay in. Close to public transport, and the night bus. There is an Aldi and Bakery near by. The area appeared a little off the beaten path, it was very local with few tourists around, which added to the local feel of the place. Highly recommend!

A very good weekend spent in this small cottage, quiet and very clean, really super nice, thank you to Nicolas and Anne Sophie who were very accommodating and pleasant! We'll be happy to go back!

The house is exceptional and the host is just as exceptional. Everything was perfect, down to the smallest details and attentions. It was even better than anything I could see/imagine. The host is lovely and gave us a great welcome. I can only recommend this place and I will definitely come back!

Excellent apartments in a nice little town 20 minutes' drive from the center of Paris. Nearby is the central street with beautiful bakeries and nice cafes. Everything matched the description, snow-white bedding, well-equipped kitchen, clean, cozy as home. Quick communication with the host.

Very nice and comfortable crossing apartment. Free street by car with always space right in front of the very nice gate. Everything you need for babies. Just missing the information to know which apartment it was upstairs so was wasted a lot of time on arrival in the middle of the night but otherwise everything was great. I keep Simon's place in my favorites for a future family visit to Paris.

Céline is welcoming, generous, bright! We had a great time in her perfectly equipped apartment, in a quiet and green environment, not far from the beautiful forests and estates of Ile-de-France. We would highly recommend it!

This is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Paris! It's a cozy apartment with a really comfortable bed and a charming balcony. Plus, having your own parking spot in the garage is a huge bonus. And it's all relatively close to the city center, just about a 20-minute drive away.

Very nice apartment, well arranged, matching the photos. Possibility of having a private parking in the basement which is a plus. Very good location, nearby businesses. On the occasion of a future visit, we will be delighted to return.

Spacious and very clean apartment, the host was very responsive and helpful, clear check in and parking instructions, safe and peaceful neighborhood with lots of shops close by, the train station to the center of Paris is a 10-minute walk away. Would recommend a stay here!

Really peaceful and beautiful place to stay not too far from Paris. Perfect for a couple. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay and the neighbourhood and surroundings are really peaceful and felt very safe. Free parking was a bonus. Only downside is the slightly long walk on the way back from the station after walking around all day in Paris but you could always get a taxi as it isn't too far. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend this place

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

First of all, I'm new here and have no way of comparing. We were 2 couples for 3 nights in the accommodation. There is a toilet in this apartment, which is usually sufficient. The bathrooms are somewhat unfairly divided. In the large bedroom, there is a large shower directly in the room. This is definitely the better choice. The smaller bedroom has only indirect access to a bathroom which is very small and has a mini shower. That's enough for a shower, but it's not exactly comfortable. The living room is huge. The kitchen too. Unfortunately, there is no dishwasher. Not everyone needs it, but it should be standard. There would be plenty of room for it. The carpets in the living room do not have a good grip on the concrete floor. Right in front of the kitchenette, it wasn't exactly safe. The residential unit has no air conditioning. This is unfavorable, especially in the summer. The view is priceless. The view over the city is fantastic.

Very good accommodation, with a really good location whether it is for accessibility by car or public transport. Very responsive, available and accommodating hosts! It's very appreciable. A little hot at night (but we were there on days over 33 degrees and hot nights too) fortunately a fan was available in the accommodation which served us well!

Everything was perfect at Franck's. The place, the location… We came to see a match at Roland Garros and it was ideal. Our host was kind enough to wait until 1 a.m. to welcome us since we had worked all day and had come from Strasbourg. He is incredibly kind! I would recommned this property. And I'll keep the contact details safe for a future visit!
