Family-friendly holiday rentals in Saint-Cyr-l'École

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

Great place to stay during the Olympics as a group of six adults. Cheap transport into central Paris by train. Lovely welcome by our hosts. We enjoyed being able to sit in the garden on hot days. We used Uber taxis a lot to get to nearby Villennes to canoe, enjoy a drink at the ‘guinguette’ and eat at the brilliant Jardins des Villennes.

A perfect Parisian stay! David’s apartment was the ideal home base for our trip to Paris. The location was fantastic—just a short walk from the Eiffel Tower and close to shops, bakeries, and metro stations. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like a well-equipped kitchen and helpful local tips. David was an excellent host—responsive, welcoming, and made check-in easy. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic and convenient Paris experience!

We very much enjoyed the nice house with our family that was equipped with all comforts. It is truly a family home. The huge plus is the beautiful large garden and the beautiful view of the Seine! We have used the canoes and sub boards. The train station is at walking distance and very cheap to travel to Paris. Thank you so much for your hospitality and we'd love to come back Esther again!

This is our second time staying at this place and we were just as happy this time as last time. We arrived in Paris in the morning and we were able to leave our bags in the apartment and then go out and spend the rest of the day in Paris before returning to formally check in later. We love the location since it’s within walking distance of many places and the metro station is literally across the street. We easily fit six people in the apartment. Having a bedroom with a separate bathroom was very nice since we let my wife’s parents use that and it gave them a bit of privacy while my kids took the pull out couch and my wife and I took the other bedroom. Everything was well equipped and we didn’t lack anything. Jay was also very responsive. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I’m traveling with a group larger than a couple people.

Samuel is a fantastic host, polite, friendly and responsive. He goes above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful stay in Paris. The apartment is beautifully decorated and chic in a stunning area of Paris. We loved the old building, balconies and old style lift to take you up and down from the sixth floor. Samuel showcases his treasures, whilst also maintaining a high level of cleanliness and space. Naturally, you can hear some noises within the building but this does not deter from your stay, and for anyone with young children just be mindful of their heavy feet on the wooden floors. Montmartre is our favourite part of Paris for its views and winding streets of cafes and shops. All amenities are very close by. We would highly recommend staying at Samuel’s place. I cannot speak highly enough of Marc and Corinna and their children, first of all. From the second I walked in they welcomed me warmly and were full of positive energy. The place itself is in a calm, green area and it is very original and beautifully decorated. The outdoor space was a wonderful bonus as I ended up doing most of my work there. Best place I've stayed in so far. 100% recommended.

Although our stay was short, we were won over by this rental. The house is comfortable and perfectly maintained, and the garden, of great beauty and very intimate!

Very nice environment on the edge of the forest in a quiet area. The beautiful city center with its caneaux is within walking distance, with several beautiful hikes, and castles nearby. Very well equipped apartment. Thanks to Cyril for his advice.

Everything was impeccable.

We stayed 5 days and were very comfortable. The only drawback is that to get to the bathroom you have to go through the room. Otherwise, everything is great. It's less than 5 minutes from the subway. The street has many lively restaurants within a 10-minute walk.

Maria is a very kind host. Everything was perfect. Thank you for keeping Bread butter and Jam, it was helpful because supermarkets were closed on Sunday. Easy recommendation 🙂

To begin with I would say the host was amazing. Super helpful, always responsive and ready to assist when needed. It was a hot day when we reached and he came himself to deliver fans and met with us and offered any help we needed. Such a nice gesture. Place was right next to tram stop which made our commute super easy. House was nice and clean and felt like home. Grocery stores and few Pizza places were nearby which made it easier for us to get stuff. Given a chance I would love to stay again at Guillame’s place and highly recommend anyone looking for a place in Paris to stay here. Thanks

Elodie's home is super comfortable. For those who want to be in a house, with leisure and only 30 min drive from Paris or 50 min with train/meter it is a great option. Also advised for those traveling with children in the summer.

Imagine opening a front door and being confronted every time with a most incredible view of Paris - now stay at Christophe's beautiful aerie of a home and you'll have this jaw-dropping moment every time you "come home" and it will feel like you are truly a citizen of Paris when staying here. Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

You can walk to various subway lines in just 10 minutes. I heard that it is safe among the various areas of Paris. The accommodation is cozy and has an elevator, so you don't have to carry your luggage up. There are also many good restaurants nearby. The Eiffel Tower is not visible next to it, but the scenery in front of you is beautiful. It was a good place to spend time comfortably.

This is a very charming apartment which was very spacious and gave room for us to work, with an adequate kitchen that had everything we needed. The house has a rustic feel to it, which is natural given its age, and very nice character. The stay was very comfortable and we would return and stay again in a heartbeat.

We had a great time, I was a little apprehensive about the fact that the accommodation was on the owners' property and frankly 10/10 the hosts were very responsive, discreet, everything was thought out as it should be, we were able to enjoy the whole garden and a small corner with the minimum of overlooking was available, the pool water was very good. We'll be back 🙂

Great place to stay for a fair rate.

Carole is very attentive to these hosts. We were able to arrange for the arrival time because we live quite far away. There were 7 of us in the apartment and we felt very comfortable. We regret not being able to visit the entire city, so we will surely come back and rent this apartment again:) Thanks again
