Nice spacious pool house with modern feel.The crocodile (statue) in the floor is a cool feature and the area is super nicely located at the river Marne with lots of walking and cycling space. Playground and little cafe in the park within a few hundred metres. Very convenient for travel into Paris by RER. Bakeries and supermarkets all in walking distance. You stay on owners property which is just stunning and has parking too. Friendly hosts that are very responsive.

Jean Yves was extremely welcoming, even staying up to greet us on our late arrival, and we felt at home immediately. The accommodation was lovely too, with a beautiful, relaxed outdoor space which was perfect for a long breakfast. Despite being out of the city centre, it was very quick and easy to get into Paris and we enjoyed the contrast of very peaceful accommodation and local area (with a boulangerie and supermarket practically on the doorstep) with the ease of getting into the centre of Paris. Would highly recommend!

This home was ideal and spacious for our group of 10 (5 Adults and 5 Kids). Location was also very convenient with grocery store, shopping center, bank/atm, restaurants and delicious bakery within walking distance. I was a little concerned about there not being any AC however we didn’t need it. Home stayed nice a cool and fans were available in every room. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe.

Perfect house for a relaxing break with friends We were there with 8 people and could not have wished for better accommodation! The house is beautiful, very stylishly furnished and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. The pool was a real highlight - ideal for chilling, surrounded by beautiful nature and absolute tranquility. At the same time, the location is super convenient: you can get to Paris in a short time - both by train and by car. We tried both, quite easily. The hosts were friendly, helpful and everything worked smoothly. A place to feel good, relax and at the same time perfectly connected – absolute recommendation!

Luci stands out as the most helpful, friendly and communicative host I have EVER stayed with. As a solo female traveler it felt so reassuring for her to reach out proactively and give me lots of tips and detailed insight on her apartment and the neighborhood. Whenever I had a question she was always quick to respond and was super thorough. I can tell just how much she cares about the experience people have when they stay with her. Her apartment was super close to public transportation and grocery stores. The place itself was spotless and looked newly remodeled with lots of helpful appliances and amenities. I was able to cook lovely meals in her decked out kitchen and eat them on her terrace. While she's only on the second floor having an elevator also was a bonus. And I felt extra safe and secure knowing the door to her building had a security code. The building was peaceful and calm. I am super grateful to Luci for a great stay!

A great stay! The apartment is bright, spacious and very quiet, perfect for resting after a day in Paris. Everything is as described, very clean and well-equipped. The location is ideal, close to shops, transport and in a pleasant neighborhood. I recommend it without hesitating!

The best experience I've had in an Airbnb so far, Amandine and Sebastiane are super friendly and excellent hosts. When we arrived, a lot of surprises were waiting for us, from Nespresso capsules, nougat, juices and even pudding for our baby. We had everything we needed to cook. They also left us soap to wash our clothes, which is so necessary on a trip. I could go on listing positive things about this apartment, but there are other guests who already describe more things perfectly. If we ever return to Paris, it will undoubtedly be our first choice. The apartment has everything you need to spend a few days in a modern area like La Defense. It is spacious and clean, and has all the necessary appliances. Totally recommended.

The location was very quiet, very close to the subway. Even the apartment was very clean, it had everything you need. The only downside was the shower.

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Very good accommodation, with a really good location whether it is for accessibility by car or public transport. Very responsive, available and accommodating hosts! It's very appreciable. A little hot at night (but we were there on days over 33 degrees and hot nights too) fortunately a fan was available in the accommodation which served us well!

Super clean, Mathieu was super responsive and friendly, and it was a great spot for being very near Paris but not quite in paris, so much quieter.
